What do you like best about the product?
I have used Monday.com daily to manage various tasks and projects, and the platform has been wonderfully suited to organizing data, managing with basic automations, and maintaining records of activity and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with platforms like Google Calendar, Gmail or Mailchimp were more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and prioritize my workload, and delegate and coordinate task in collab projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. the platform is very intuitive and anyone can get accomodated very quickly to monday.com. No coding required which is great. there is a lot of possibilities for diverse types of users and needed usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
downsides is that sometimes I would like to create automation that would not work due to missing possible interacting fields. sometimes when a team member is importing an excel file, Monday.com start lagging heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automations help make the daily tasks more efficient and decrese time sending basic email to our teams.
ease of project tracking with subitems and statuses
importing excel files in monday.com is helping getting all my info at the right place and pretty quicly, so I can work on my projects effectively.

An excellent tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday tool is easy to use and it integrates nicely with many other tools as well. We use it at our company to track all our tasks and ease communication within the team as well as with our clients.
It's an invaluable tool used daily and the automation of tasks is also really helpful. Warmly recommend it!

Some of the automation features can be a bit difficult to implement, especially when you're first starting to use Monday.

It improves team collaboration and automates some tasks.

Monday.com allows us to manage the various aspects of the business with ease and flexibility. Whether it be simple lists, kanban boards or using it as our main CRM tracking for our customers who sign up automatically has made life much easier for us

GraphQL integration is a bit of a steep learning curve when integrating

Monday is not our only ticketing system but fills all the gaps where the other software doesnt. It allows us to manage different areas of the business such as customer billing, staff appraisal tracking, and many other task management duties

It is a bit tricky to get used to but once you have the hang for it, you are good to go.

Monday.com addresses key challenges in project collaboration and task management by centralizing communication, organizing tasks, integrating seamlessly with essential tools, and streamlining support queries. These solutions have greatly benefited our team, enhancing coordination, productivity, and customer service.
Our team started using Monday a few years ago and now, I don't know what we would do without it!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our team to be efficent and effective! We always know where a project stands, it keeps us accountable and we stay on track. It also allows us to stay organized. The templates are great because we can onboard a new project or client with ease. We use it every single day. I love the integrations, especially for lead tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app! It's very glitchy sometimes, especially switching back and forth to different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our remote team efficient and effective. It removes the need for "stand up meetings" because we have a line of sight to what's going on in the business. Because if it's a task, idea, or to do...it goes into Monday for execution!

Making sure I know exactly what are my tasks, when are they due and what happened up until now (I document everything in the updates section)

Monday is a powerful program that can handle multiple applications
What do you like best about the product?
Monday can handle large amounts of information for tracking timelines and keeping statistics. It's internal communications make it easy to coordinate with both clients and coworkers. It helps us to automate and track communications. I use it more than any other program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the CRM had more features so we could use it instead of a seperate program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep accurate timelines of tasks and processes that need to be done on a number of projects. Monday keeps it very organized and easy to access. We know where were are at with every step to make sure tasks are completed on time. We can easily make forms and questionaires to send out or to be filled out on a tablet. I love how easily it crunches numbers for statistical analysis. It saves us a lot of time.
Work Management with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for scheduling purposes and allows various production teams to use monday.com to manage their hectic work schedules and production needs. They can make boards that track rejects, production requirements, and workflow charts. Monday.com is an excellent platform for keeping track of stuff, charting progress, and communicating statuses. Given its adaptability, it may not perform as well as custom systems that track data for a specific use case. They provide best customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good but it can be tough to grasp how to configure complex objects so that they are straightforward to manage. The desktop app for Mac appears to have a few issues with visual glitches appearing on screen, which only seem to go away when I close the tool and reload it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my organization, we each have numerous projects to manage at the same time, and all of them require teamwork. Monday.com has helped our team prioritize duties both individually and as a group. We all work in-house and remotily, so this allows us to stay up to date on project progress and cooperate more effectively. Having all of the information in one location has been a game changer for our oranization.
