Easy to use and organise your tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the teams can collaborate using the boards, the colour coordination through the tasks and the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross collaboration withing the design, marketing and development teams. Project management and keeping track of the project's process.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping myself and our teams on track with progress for every task and the ease to collaborate all on one board. I use this daily to monitor where we are with each item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have an item on two boards and have both update at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization and ease of access for users
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each board doesn't seem to communicate with the others so we have to create multiple boards that essentially have alot of the same data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our IT department with access management, helps out committees keep up with volunteer hours and create forms for events, and has a pretty great workflow management process for us to follow for every single candidate/employee

What do you like best about the product?
The panel view, helps me understand current workloads and possible scenarios for delegation and recharge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although can benefit from excel uploads, it can create reworks from having to configure (not set up) each column. For me it worked better to have this file outside monday

Using Monday.com for Small Business

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to update everything in real time and stay connected to co-workers that all work remotely. It allows us to manage all aspects of the business within one program rather than trying to manage multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a little bit of a learning curve, especially for those you aren't as tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with lack of communication, multiple email chains, emailing documents back and forth, and never knowing who was working on a task. Monday.com has allowed us to streamline all our processes and clearly communicate who is assigned to each task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Monday is with oragnizing all my work task.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be an error on my part but I wish Monday could have a function to send out emails. An example would be me sending out my welcome email to clients. I would love to have a template on hand to auto send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helps keep my work load organized

What do you like best about the product?
Updates and integrations! It's very intuitive too so it was not hard to shift from another software.
What do you dislike about the product?
None! I honestly love everything about it!

Client Management! Since it has everything on there, it is very easy to see what's going on with all of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly user-friendly and customizable for a wide range of industries. The mobile app is highly useful on the go, and is easy to implement. Customer support has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little time to fully integrate Monday.com, but only because there is such a wide range of options for use. I'd like to see the ability to run some progress reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to customize our workflow needs and change them as we need to add categories, boards, and other elements of our expanding business.

ease of use, makes project managing fun, easy to navigate between multiple users assigned tasks. use it daily and easy to train others for use.

cannot archive multiple items under "my work" view, cannot remove an old workspace

Great project management for our small team

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to use for managing projects across our small team. It's replaced tracking data in spreadsheets and documents, and most of us use it every day to help with daily workflow. The web-based platform was also easy for us to implement with our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is pretty basic and self-service, so we've had to troubleshoot and solve some of our own problems. We also know we're not scratching the surface with the platform but was told we would need an outside consultant for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information and developing workflows across our team that includes remote/hybrid workers.
