What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organise my day and see the tasks i have to complete is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
dragging items about is still quite buggy, it jumps you back to an unrelated spot once the list item is dropped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
forgetting upcoming tasks is always an issue, monday solves this very well.

We are not losing any info, everything centralise. End of long loop of mailing and allow us to delete some weekly

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of communication and collaboration on Monday makes it beneficial to use having remote workers, and 2 offices in different states.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more concise way to see who edited or deleted certain items.

Communication across different locations and time zones.

They keep implementing new forms and workflows. It is user friendly, so implementing new boards and projects make it transparent for everyone.

There are some functions that we wish Monday.com had but doesn't.

Transperancy on the projects for stakeholders to view real time.
Excellent way to keep up with collaborative team projects
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate in a wider team and manage own work flow well. It's nice to have the option to create custom status' on projects, so others and yourself can gauge progress at a glace.
Being able to make notes and comments on projects are also handy, as we can look back at past projects and review notes, this is especially handy for the future, if another team member is picking up the task.
It's very easy and clear to use, and has alot of features which make it very customisable to different companies needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything i particularly dislike about Monday.com itself, however I think at the early stages our team did not set up boards and projects in the most effective way, so now it can feel a bit clunky, or harder to find information. However, this is our fault rather than Monday.com's as it has alot of tools, especially where integration is concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Monday.com is creating a clear way for our team to keep up with projects assigned by our manager, so we can see what is expected of us, when it is required and at the same time also provides us with tech packs for us to create a project. It helps me keep track of what status each project is at, and also informs my manager if he wants to glance at my tasks.
It's also helpful for me to check my colleagues tasks, so I can see if they are struggling and need help to keep on track.
Before Monday.com, we had to try do all this manually and verbally, which was very tricky and time consuming, especially when our deadlines have a tendancy to shift often, and miscommunications can be made.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create projects and share them across teams. We use it on an almost daily basis for different projects and teams can tailor it to their particular needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No "Control + Z" ! Would be incredible to have that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the need for visualizing and sharing the projects, and simplifying the planification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to have everything in one place, to be able to follow colleagues progress without contacting them. I like that I can easily see my own working progress

I can't come to think of anything right of the bat

I can skip one step in contact with my colleagues - I don't have to contact them to see their work progress. Also, I can keep track of things like vacation days, new tasts appointed to me etc.
A really easy way of managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday frequently. The file share space has been great for managing assests. Also when we use Monday for meeting agendas, we are able to track progression of points with ease of implemention. Customer support has always been swift.

From a customer support aspect, the features and ease of itegration leaves a little to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates accountability and ownership of tasks, as well as being able to easily track progress to help achieve deadlines.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there's a template of employees taking annual leave, and it will send an email to you saying that this person is taking leave on this date or tomorrow (reminder).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to set a sales forecast, and chasing payment for all unpaid bills.
