Streamlined Communication and Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how monday Work Management allows us to collaborate effectively by creating to-do lists through groups and boards, which significantly streamlines communication and ensures timeliness. I love the use of automations, as they save me hours that I would otherwise spend tracking and manually editing tasks. The automated notifications are a lifesaver, keeping the relevant people informed when certain things happen, so the workflow can continue smoothly without constant oversight. Additionally, the templates are great for setting up quick, simple automations that help me address tasks promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to sort notifications so that I am not bombarded every second when I am tagged in many places, because while I myself like to prioritize due to the sheer amount I am involved in, my entire team does not always see it the same way.

User-Friendly Logic That’s Easy to Learn as You Go
What do you like best about the product?
It has a user-friendly logic. You can jump in with no experience, play around, and still figure things out as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can concentrate a huge amount of information and, if it isn’t maintained properly, it can turn into an unsustainable data source. I think this is being addressed through a high level of automation and better connections among boards, but in the end it still comes down to how users actually use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both personal and shared spaces are part of my daily work. They help me organize projects and keep information handy and well structured. I can also quickly access my various catalogues and portfolios whenever I need them.

Easy-to-Use CRM That Keeps Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. The helpful hints guide you along as you go, which makes everything feel straightforward. Having all of my information in one place has made my days much more efficient. I can do everything in one place, send emails, leave notes for me to remember, and share updates with my team. So far, this has been my best experience using a CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t had any issues with Monday. The only limitations I’ve run into are the ones my company has put in place regarding how it can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloud-Native Powerhouse with Room for Dashboard Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like that Monday Work Management is cloud native, fast, and responsive. It's easy to understand and use, which is refreshing compared to many old-fashioned enterprise management tools. The tool is highly configurable and flexible, offering multiple ways to achieve goals, and it allows backtracking if mistakes are made, so it's not rigidly structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards need some improvement. They're often the hardest parts to configure. It should be a lot simpler. A lot of the components from the preconfigured dashboards, you can drag across from other dashboards. It should also be much easier to build via AI, like in Airtable. We should be able to describe the insights you want, and it should be able to configure. AI has a little way to go as well. Monday.com AI seems to not be that intelligent. Monday.com would do good to have some accelerators to get you going, design principles, glossary guides, whatever. Just to help the configuration partners come with some documentation. I've worked with two config partners now, and their approaches were completely separate, and there's almost no documentation out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves visibility issues in project execution, providing a clear top-to-bottom line of sight and traceability, which builds trust with stakeholders. It automates report creation, eliminating manual PowerPoint and Power BI tasks, using native data for governance.
