Monday.com: Easy Setup, Great Integrations, and Top-Notch Support for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a great program for nonprofits. It allows us to have real-time access and updates to information, projects, etc. It was easy to set up and learn. We use it daily and have found a ton of ways to use it to our organization's benefit. There are great integrations that are easy to set up and use. Their customer service and support is top-notch! We continue to find new ways to use it to support our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to Monday.com that we've found. We've been excited and happy with it and all the features they continue to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to have access to real-time updates about work within the organization. It has given us a great way to do expense requests and approvals, report submissions, HR requests, On- and off-boarding, grant management, quarterly employee reviews, and more! It is all within the nonprofit account, which decreases our overhead. We work internationally with teams on the other side of the globe and this allows us to all access data points in real-time.

It's expensive and has a steep learning curve for complex setups.

Replaces scattered spreadsheets and emails with a centralized, visual dashboard. Enhances team collaboration with real-time, in-context updates, reducing the need for status meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is easy to use and provides easy access from all types of devices. This makes it convenient for me, especially as someone who is often on the move and also a pilot. I can access monday Work Management from phones, iPads, tablets, or desktops, no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like automation to enable movement of columns inside the ports. The setup does take time and it's difficult to understand what is actually available. It also takes time to really build the ports according to the needs of your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep track of Safari client bookings, schedule warnings, and automate deadline notifications. It helps manage booking arrangements and track changes effectively.

It’s a great way to create a system for project management, allowing for easy collaboration and clear communication between team members. The automations are super helpful to stay on top of tasks. Monday is a great tool for cross-team collaboration and shared knowledge, and every project manager should have this tool in their belt. I particularly appreciate its ease of use. Monday has different ways to manage your tasks a team. I like the spreadsheet look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better integrations with Teams. The computer app could use some improvements (find feature doesn't work on docs). I hoped to use Monday every day to manage my own tasks but it became too complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
A powerful tool isn’t one that crams in millions of distracting features; it’s one that focuses on the best features that genuinely improve productivity. That’s exactly what Monday Work does for us. I really like that it includes several smart features my team and I use every day, such as multiple reminders, group options, and email forwarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say. It works very fast and syncs smoothly between devices, which is especially important if you use the app on both a computer and a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it gives me a clear overview of what’s happening across the organization and helps me stay aware of every project, including the ones shared with others. It also makes it easier to ensure nothing slips through the cracks, while keeping me focused on each task.
