Keeps Us Super Organized with Shareable Employee Lifecycle Checklists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps to keep you super organized. I personally use it for the employee life cycle checklists, so for hiring or terming an employee, it helps me remember everything, and I like that I can share my progress with my team. I also like that they have 1-2 minute training videos that walk you how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I can think of that I don't like. I know the price is a little higher than I would have anticipated, but other than that, the platform is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep organized and stay on track with my projects, which is great.

takes up alot of screen real-estate. far worse than excel equivalents which makes navigating larger data sets challenging

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has changed the way I work. Its collaborative features allow me to get a clear, real overview, while also tracking metrics that might otherwise disappear into the void.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday work management is that, at times, the integrations can be difficult to manage and operate. We’ve had to invest heavily in personalising these integrations to make them work the way we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and accountability have been the biggest improvements; it has largely transformed the way our business operates across departments.
All-in-One Platform with Great Aesthetics and Easy In-House Updates
What do you like best about the product?
having everything in one place, the aesthetics of it, and the fact that our team is easily able to make changes in house if a certain element isn't working quite right for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are things that can’t be changed, and that can be really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solved the problem of having everything—from pipelines to lead info—spread across different places, and now it’s mostly all in one place. We can rely a lot less on Excel and Google Docs now, which makes it much easier to keep things organized and consistent.

Extremely User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly! I have found it so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automations and the display glitch. I.e. something might appear slightly off screen and i am unable to click a button. This page display has actually completely glitched as I've written this and everything is in the top quarter of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots! Currently I am bringing together separate boards (maintenance tickets, development in the building, wider projects) on a dashboard to create an calendar of overall works in different buildings
Customization and Visualization that Make a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, visualization with different flows, team collaboration. Automatic visualization rules. You can work with boards, timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and some custom functions require higher plans, intense configurations. Setting up a flow takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to organize the work, aligning and moving those lengthy tasks faster. Better collaboration, time-saving on tasks.
Customizable but Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management to be really useful as an HR space and for ATS. It makes it easy to gather all the information I need from applicants. I appreciate the different privacy setting features. I also like the custom automations, which allow me to send candidates automated emails and move them from group to group with just a click. Overall, the general amount of customizations available is something I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations disable and unless you click to check you don't notice. It was quite complicated to set up a HR and ATS system, we almost stopped entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to simplify the application process, effortlessly gather applicant information, and utilize privacy settings. It allows me to automate emails and easily move candidates between groups.
Effortless Multi-Project Tracking Across Powerful Visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
Work Management lets me easily track multiple projects with complex deliverables and timelines simultaneously across several visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding was more challenging than expected. I am still not sure if I am maximazing its capabilites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing more than a simple to-do list, but project management in action down to the task level.
Great visual workflows and automations, but pricey for scaling.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable boards, multiple views (Kanban, Gantt, Timeline), and automations are the best part. They make workflows visual and intuitive, save tons of time on repetitive tasks, and integrate well with Slack/Google tools. Even our non-tech team members pick it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive fast, advanced features like unlimited automations or time tracking are locked behind higher plans/add-ons. The mobile app can also feel clunky with lag or slow loading sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves scattered tools and poor visibility (spreadsheets + emails + Slack chaos). Now everything's in one hub: tasks, pipelines, updates, and progress tracking. Benefits include fewer status meetings, time saved via automations, real-time team alignment, and easier scaling without losing organization. It's reduced our daily stress and helped us stay on top of deadlines.
