What do you like best about the product?

AI Work Platform is a central hub that connects retail accounts, wholesale pipelines and seasonal planning. I like the fact that I spend less time chasing updates and more time in the AI dashboard selling our apparel by region, account and collection.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of us (team) couldn’t integrate AI Work Platform with external ERP tools - Our in house support collaborated with vendor support to fix the issue which delayed us for nearly a month after purchase.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The margin increased by 13% within 6 months after we incorporated AI Work Platform since it eradicated bad promos and cleared all dead stock faster.

What do you like best about the product?

It is my responsibility to run digital marketing, web updates and online product launches for my FS firm.
My product launches don’t get blocked anymore through digital product roadmaps offered by this program.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is nearly a decade since I started using monday.com and two years now with the AI and suits all my needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining audit trails is one of the benefits that I relish with monday AI Work Platform.

What do you like best about the product?

monday AI Work Platform let me set up the boards exactly according to my needs and taste without any limitations. Through the mobile app, I am able to check my favorites and recent boards which makes it easy to access even when not in the office table.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not face any issues and I use monday AI Work Platform on a daily basis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before monday AI Work Platform my tasks used to live in scattered spreadsheets which was way too hard to access, now I use a single dashboard to plan, track and manage projects in real-time.

It populates the forms and submission forms for me which is amazing

The AI does seem to crash a lot which means i spend more time trying to fix it

It is making me more efficient in the work place

I currently use monday AI Work Platform to turn data into actions not just charts when making HR hotel decisions.

I have never come across any challenging aspect on my end when using monday AI Work Platform.

Since everything encompassing HR is timestamped and linked to employees via monday AI Work Platform, I am able to ensure that compliance doesn’t keep me up at night.

What do you like best about the product?

The user-friendly interface that facilitates the adhesion of other colleagues so we can collaborate quickly together. Also, the agent that is available really helps converting my Word or Excel into a structured table. The performance of the agent to understand my documents was impressive so it allowed me to save a lot of time and create a useful table.

What do you dislike about the product?

I know you can use "My work" to see what you are working on, but I still haven`t find a view or other solution to rapidly see what I wokrd during the week or the last month at a single place without having to navigate every workspace that our team created. I thing the onboarding process could include a better support to help the user see some efficient way to manage its own workload to adopt Monday more rapidly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think that at a reasonnable price, it gives our teams a quick and easy way to structure our projects without having to use a complicated set of integrations into our actual systems. Monday can easily be used without an integration so it helps the adoption.

What do you like best about the product?

I am on the support for a 10-attorney organization. I handle 150+ client emails and calls per week about case status. I like how monday AI Work Platform draft email replies via AI which access Clio and email threads without any human trigger.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is slower to navigate features mainly when I manually need to reply emails via the iOS  mobile app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eradicating time spent in ticketing through AI draft replies is among the relishes I get with this masterpiece.

The notification features and the cost effectiveness of the platform as a whole. The workflows/automations are also useful and relatively easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

- Intuitiveness of the doc/files feature (or lack thereof)
- Update threads are very cluttered
- Private/individual use is tricky and unclear
- Basic text edit functionality is not included in replies

It's mainly solving communication and project management for our contractors and in-team

The ability to construct applications without the need for high end coding training

It’s difficult to debug it when it breaks
