Great visual workflows and automations, but pricey for scaling.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable boards, multiple views (Kanban, Gantt, Timeline), and automations are the best part. They make workflows visual and intuitive, save tons of time on repetitive tasks, and integrate well with Slack/Google tools. Even our non-tech team members pick it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive fast, advanced features like unlimited automations or time tracking are locked behind higher plans/add-ons. The mobile app can also feel clunky with lag or slow loading sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves scattered tools and poor visibility (spreadsheets + emails + Slack chaos). Now everything's in one hub: tasks, pipelines, updates, and progress tracking. Benefits include fewer status meetings, time saved via automations, real-time team alignment, and easier scaling without losing organization. It's reduced our daily stress and helped us stay on top of deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to work with, with a fast implementation. Easy to integrate with various tools like jira. Support is very proactive, I've been contacted in case I needed help.

too basic if you want to tract a complex project and want to organize project management ceremonies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the friendly and easy-to-use user interface of monday Work Management. It's appealing and accessible from any device. A good user interface really helps me navigate workflows and projects faster and easily see the status of different tasks and projects at a glance. This visibility is vital to avoid wasting time and helps me prioritize what needs to be done. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can always still be refined. Sometimes the interface seems a bit cluttered, which affects my experience by making it harder to locate things and less pleasant to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track tasks, ensuring they’re completed on time. Its user-friendly interface helps navigate workflows and quickly see task statuses, aiding in prioritization to avoid wasting time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management for keeping us organized and helping our team run smoothly. It makes collaboration easier by having everything in one place, reducing manual admin, and improving our efficiency and organization day-to-day. I also like the ability to create exactly what we need through Monday vibe and enjoy the simplicity of the navigational features. It's way more creative, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly. The integration with Google Drive and other tools like Monday CRM and Easy Mails enhances our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are quite a lot of small things I want to do that I can't. Like mirror timeline boards cannot be attached to duration. That cross board dependencies are predominantly view only and cannot be utilized as a building block in a different board. The coloring for groups etc is very limited - hex codes would make a huge difference to user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us stay organized and run smoothly by centralizing data and project management. It improves collaboration and efficiency, simplifies purchasing organization, and manages up to 100 projects effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management assigns ownership, shows me reminders and follow-ups, and allows me to communicate with my team. I love the color coding, which helps me know what needs urgent attention or what has been completed at a glance. We have tried many options and love monday.com the best overall as it has everything we need to function and have visibility with our team. The initial setup was pretty easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a drag/drop option for team members in subitems, as well as statuses and other spots, like Excel so that things can be easily updated with a quick drag. I would love more automation and connection with other work platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management lets me centralize work in one place, gives visibility, and helps streamline customer tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is well executed, which makes it easier to implement for first-time users. Another plus is the range of customization options that Monday offers, making it simpler to tailor the experience to different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be confusing, especially when you start adding more users to the plan. It also feels fairly steep, since you end up needing to choose a higher-tier plan even to access some fairly basic features.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and user-friendly platform with flexibility to adapt to any workflow. The automations and workflow options are helpful for reminders, notifications, and board maintenance.

The service and customer support teams are responsive, attentive, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is simple. I wish there were more nuanced reporting options. Reports and Dashboards are essentially the same.

A limited number of fields don't work with the automations, but you can mitigate this with proper field selection and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into work and streamlining operations. We've moved team members from Excel and other tracking documents to boards, which improved efficiency and the general work of the team through automation reminders, triggers, etc. We've also automated and leveraged the forms for a number of intake processes and client interactions.

Highly Customizable but Needs Better Initial Guidance

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Status bar and how it is endlessly customizable. I also appreciate how you can link workspaces with apps in the monday marketplace, basically tailoring your monday to suit your needs down to the smallest detail. I think the notification system works very well and has been essential to ensure timeliness on our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a clone feature, so one workspace's board could be cloned onto another workspace with live updates, but each is only visible in its respective workspace. There are apps that do this, but I'd prefer it as a native feature. The initial setup was a bit challenging since we weren't sure how to configure it for our business. More industry-specific guidance would help make the first days with monday quicker and more effective.

monday Work Management solves logistics, planning, and accountability by letting us track tasks and deadlines, reducing delays with notifications, and improving team awareness.
