What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy to work with monday Work Management is, thanks to its great UI/UX. I appreciate being able to manipulate data formats easily, allowing my colleagues and me to work uniformly, which helps us arrange, communicate, and follow up on every aspect of our work consistently with minimal errors. The initial setup was very easy and guided perfectly by the prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document management could be better, perhaps an integration where you can edit office cloud documents directly from the monday Work Management interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps internal information flows centralized and allows easy data format manipulation, enabling uniform work and communication, minimizing errors.
Visual, Customizable, and a Huge Time-Saver for Keeping Teams Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday.com is how visual and customizable it is. I can quickly see job statuses, crews, and deadlines at a glance, without having to dig through spreadsheets. It helps keep everyone aligned, and it saves me a ton of time in my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, it’s that there’s a bit of a learning curve at first with figuring out the different views (tables vs. timeline, etc) but once you get things set up, it’s smooth and well worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday, we were using spreadsheets to keep track of jobs, and it eventually became a bit of a mess. With monday, we can track roofing jobs, schedules, and communication all in one place, which has helped us stay more organized. It’s cut down on missed details and the constant back-and-forth check-ins. I can manage crews and projects with more confidence now, even when I’m juggling multiple jobs at once.
Automation-Rich, User-Endorsed Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management provides clear ownership of projects and tasks stages, along with robust automation that mirrors how our business actually operates. The dashboards have been especially powerful for leadership, letting us track progress, risk, spend, and readiness all in one place, effectively cutting down on our reliance on spreadsheets and status emails. It offers so much more functionality in regards to automation than our previous tool. The initial setup was very easy thanks to a great implementation package and extremely knowledgeable consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automatically email multiple contacts with the automation. There is no way to test applications without approving them for the entire enterprise to use. An email notification is sent to all users that an app has been approved with no testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management provides clear ownership of projects and task stages, mirrors business operations, and the dashboards simplify leadership tracking progress, risk, and readiness without spreadsheets.
Great tool for organizing info, tasks and client requirements
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool. It allows to organize our tasks lists very easily, and even we have our client database as a board, with several saved views to organize different aspects of the client management we use. We had that previously in excel, but now, the team can interact and work in one app only, which is great.
We also use the workdoc feature to build a wiki-style documents about procedures in our organization so everyone now knows how to do things, even if they haven't done it before.
Last, but not least, the forms feature is great, provides a single entry point to clients to interact with us in a organized way. No more multiple email accounts, or files sent via whatsapp or so..
The automations are also great, it allow us to get requirements via forms, and create items in specialized boards to different teams to work on them its simply great.
It really has helped us, and makes us more efficient, it is really intuitive to use in the most used features, and there is a great documentation about how to do things in the web and wiki.

What do you dislike about the product?
We must say it. There is downsides too.
Some useful things are categorized in a upper paid tier. We have paid the "basic" or first tier,... and we know we can't use extensively automations, for example. Besides, things like using smtp protocol to notify teams (or clients not using monday) are in marketplace... for a price.
I understand the marketplace, and it is a great thing to boarden the app and improves customization, but there are things, like the stated before that seems "too basic" and are missing from the basic plan.

I like that it allows tracking tasks and deadlines in a clear and defined way, making everything more organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be more intuitive at the beginning, because the platform has many functionalities and may require an adaptation period for new users. Features like automations and initial board setup are not so intuitive for new users.

Visual, Customizable, But Needs Better Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, track projects, and collaborate with my team efficiently. It helps me stay organized, track progress, and avoid missed deadlines. I like how visual, easy to use, and customizable it is. The visual simplicity and customization keep tasks clear, organized, and easy to manage. The initial setup was quick and straightforward with helpful templates and guide. We switched from Trello to monday Work Management for more advanced features like timeline automation and advanced reporting, which Trello lacked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels slow with large projects and a few features could be more intuitive. Simple navigation, fewer clicks for common tasks, and faster loading for big boards would help.

Clear Structure with Incredible Flexibility

I like the balance of monday Work Management between organization and freedom. It offers structure without being rigid, which makes it easy to transform operational chaos into clear, visible, and automated processes.

Resolve the operational chaos and transform scattered work into clear, visible, and automated processes.
Effortless to Use with Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy monday Work Management is to use and the variety of features it offers. I recently created a form just by describing what I needed, and the platform created it by itself, saving me a lot of time. The translation feature they're testing has also saved me time by translating forms automatically, which means I don't have to get them translated separately. It's really user-friendly, and the features significantly speed up the creation and organization process, making my work valuable and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say just more features, like, for example, the main thing I use it for is forms. So if monday Work Management could have maybe more features such as a calendar or to-do list or agenda creation. More features in the platform would make me use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep everything organized in one place, share it with teammates, and ensure consistency. It saves me time with easy-to-create forms and translation features, helping me manage my responsibilities efficiently.
Natural, Flexible Workflow with Clear Visuals and Helpful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how natural it feels once you start using it. It doesn’t push you into a rigid way of working; instead, it adapts to how you already think about and organize tasks. You can keep everything super simple at first, or gradually build more advanced workflows over time without ever feeling lost. The visual side helps a lot, too—you can quickly see what’s moving, what’s stuck, and who’s responsible, which cuts down on so much back-and-forth. On top of that, the small automations quietly take care of repetitive tasks in the background, so teams spend less time managing work and more time actually doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday Work Management is that it can appear simpler than it actually is. As soon as you start building more complex workflows, features like automations, dependencies, and permissions can become confusing quickly, especially for new users. There’s also a learning curve when teams try to standardize boards: people tend to customize things in slightly different ways, and that can hurt consistency across the team. On very large boards, performance can slow down, and some genuinely useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but that power sometimes comes with extra setup, training, and cost that you don’t fully anticipate at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings clarity.
Everything is visible in one structured place: what needs to happen, who owns it, and when it’s due. This helps cut down on confusion, missed tasks, and the constant back-and-forth of status questions.
It creates alignment.
Teams can work from a shared view of priorities and deadlines. When everyone is looking at the same board or dashboard, coordination is simpler and it’s easier to stay on track.
It removes manual follow-ups.
Automations handle routine notifications, status updates, and reminders. That frees up time and reduces the chance of human error.
It improves accountability.
With tasks clearly assigned and tracked through visible progress indicators, everyone knows what they’re responsible for. It also makes it easier for managers to spot bottlenecks early.
It adapts to different ways of working.
Whether you prefer lists, Kanban, calendars, or timelines, you can tailor the workspace to fit your style. As a result, teams spend less time adjusting to the tool and more time doing the actual work.
