There is no "coding" and the process are fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not avaiable.
Subitem automations are limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of tasks for all projects, the time spent on each task and being able to calculate the cost of each task as running totals for the ocerall project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay a substatial amount for particular items when upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of time spent on tasks and being able to break the project down into jobs.

The layout and planning tools are great to work with teams across the world. Everyone is on the same page

I want to be able to edit templates of projects more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
- I can easily track conversations regarding tasks and receive feedback.
- I can keep up with board updates where it's most convenient for me, whether it's on Slack, via email, or on Monday.com itself.
- It's well-designed and visually clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It can be a bit sprawling/unwieldy for new users, especially in companies with complex board structures.
- It can be clunky when it comes to attachments like PDFs, word docs, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives me amazing visibility into other team members' tasks. With Monday, I can easily see my team members' bandwidth and capabilities, and accurately track the progress of projects I have a stake in.

Monday.com allows quick and easy access to multiple business tools in one locations with quick, easy to follow tabs for updating various tasks and employee statuses.

Navigating between departments and finding sections of the tool can be tricky at first until you understand the system

It creates a streamlined location to view multiple business and employment statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday.com can be customized to meet the needs of any projects. I still wish there were more ways, or different ways, to organize board (almost like folders), but I can still appreciate the site for what it is and the value it adds to my workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more ways to create/display boards. Almost like folders. We have parents clients with multiple subsidiaries, and the way I'd like to create a parent board with attached smaller boards and then groups with different columns just isn't possible (but neither is it possible in Excel, given the column matching limitation).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platforms allows us to group a lot of our process in one place. Aside from proofing, which still isn't ideal in the platform, we do most everything on Monday.com
