Life-changing!
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity, easy interface, quick responsiveness, colorful and sleek design - all of it is seriously life-changing. Never used such a great productivity tool before at any previous job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Truly, so far everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the base for our editorial content - it clarifies and streamlines everyone's work into one place, allows me to track my own productivity.

Monday.com has helped our team tremendously with streamlining workflows, task lists, product information, etc in order to be more efficient in both time and output....the benefits have been endless for us!
We have created workspaces for different departments to have all information organized, as well as having a constant flow of information for the entire team. It's very user friendly to create and maintain boards - we use the platform all day every day for all departments!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to view all boards as the admin on the account.
I would also like to be able to customize columns in multiple groups on one board, vs the whole board needing to have the same column headings/types.
I think docs could be easier also - they tend to get slow or bogged down while creating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com, our team had difficulty with sharing information while simutaneously still functioning in the workflow. We have grown quickly, and monday.com has helped us be able to streamline information and help with ease and timeliness of information - now with one click, the whole team knows what products have come in!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so versatile that we have no problem using across all the company, with different departments and demands. The best of all? We automatize a lot with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not accept different type of payment, except credit card, if your plan is under 7 thousand dollars/annual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being part of the legal team we have to deal with different demands and activities. Monday embraces them all making it easier for us to manage it.
We use Monday for all our activities, and it has become indispensable!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is scalable in every respect. We started using it to organize a few projects and events. Very quickly, we began creating a database of our members, then started linking these databases to create comprehensive tools. We began using automations to alleviate administrative tasks. The dashboard feature is fantastic for monitoring all activities for management and administrators. Finally, once integrated with Integromat, the possibilities became endless and are now part of our daily operations and interactions. All this comes with a gentle learning curve that adapts to all users. I was very concerned that some people who are not inclined towards using digital tools would be resistant, but it was quite the opposite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issues are that formula cells cannot be used in automations or integrations, and dates cannot be automatically translated into French in emails.

Monday is great. Our company uses Monday to manage our construction projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The practicality. It is very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some important features are paid and could be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in civil construction and carry out about 5 projects in parallel at a time. Monday is great for gathering all the information and not losing control. Having this history saved all in one platform is really important for our business model. Another thing I use a lot is for managing my activities; every day I open Monday to check what my priorities and task list are, it's much more practical than an agenda.

I like automations, where I can facilitate the creation of items and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualization of the cards within the portfolio would be nice if it were possible to click on an item to open the entire screen as a new board.

Project management on a single page, this offers me a macro view of all the projects.

Monday supports the flow of activities and makes it easier to track processes on the appropriate dates. Previously, some flows were lost because we didn't have reminders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One can use Monday for an array of business process automations with powerfull approval steps.
The ease of use and the turnaround time to create the boards and wokflows are saving us on custom development time and costs.
What started as just a CRM/Sales tool grew into a system controllonh and managing about 30 other business processes.

Transformative - with an array of unexpected capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly capable. I started using it to track email metrics and to automate notifications between my team and have gone further as ive explored more of what it has to offer. I particularly love the ability to make and customise client forms (I used this for feedback) and embed them in your website or platform - you can then setup automations to notify your client team when one comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside because they are adding more integrations all the time - but the more the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops us from having to use a huge number of excel or google sheets to organise our efforts. Automations let one colleague know when another has completed their part of the task, so that they can begin their contribution or review. Its embeddable forms solve the issue of using another supplier for feedback and the custom element is clean.
