A highly effective project management tool streamlining tasks and boosting productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
As I am managing multiple projects at any given time, each with their own challenges and processes, Monday.com helps me to organise and visualise the chaos in a way no other tool can.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult trying to translate an idea for an automation into practice, such are the numerous options. This does, however, come with practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday.com, it would be almost impossible to keep track of the numerous projects my team work on. Our team meetings are made so much easier with the colourful interface and board seperation.
Task Management that WORKS!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy on the eyes. Beacause you manage your own dashboard, you see many tasks and it does not come off as overwhleming and you have the ability to catorgize them in a way that makes sense to you and your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving line items does work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being the "hub" that many people can log into and we can discuss tasks for mutipule projects with ease.

As a user, nothing for the moment. This tool has been urgrading since the begining and give us good results

A well-designed platform for managing projects efficiently across small to large teams.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate—So far it's been the most user-friendly project managemnt software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
On tasks that have multiple people, one person can't mark the task complete to get it off of My Work without it also removing it from everyones My Work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows my entire team to get an overview of everyones tasks and manage each team member's workload to avoid burnout.
Monday.com is an intuitive but simple resource with big benefits in communication and automation.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has fantastic automation services, even if you're unfamiliar with the website there are plenty of video resources to help get your team up to speed. File sharing and event scheduling are also very simple and effective. Monday is also useful in coordinating large teams and keeping track of who is in the office, working from home, or on time off.
What do you dislike about the product?
As effective as the file-sharing services on Monday.com are, there is a big drawback in the size of files you can share. While simple graphics and 30-second TV spots can be uploaded with no problem, nothing larger than that can be uploaded, so if you do a lot of high-quality video and photo work, don't expect to be able to upload all of your content onto Monday, you'll need a specific file sharing service.

Monday.com helps keep our team on the same page with outstanding communication benefits regardless of where the team is working from.

easy to use, many tools, integrations, visibility of collaborators' work, in our company it is used daily

their prices could be lower than other options

none actually, but it could improve the formula area so that it can be programmed in a more complex way
Production Processing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing what all Monday can do, I feel like I'm a novice user. Being able to link production employees to jobs that need worked on outside of our ERP system, helps streamline some of the processes the ERP company lacks in. The ability to attach photos and create comments on builds their working on provides history tracking on unique builds and gives me the opportunity to help resolve issues in a more timely manner. Setting dates helps me track timelines on builds and create a list of leadtimes by employees and build. We've used projects and project dates to help steer projects along, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I disliked was how it doesn't link well to our ERP system. As no fault to Monday.com, but my only real complaint regarding Monday is that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a good way to present upcoming production builds to our production team, short of a white board.
Using Monday I can create this presentation on what is upcomming and who is expected to complete what, by what date and have it look very professional.
On top of that, anyone within the company can pull up this form to see what is being worked on, rather than having to walk down to the production department to see.

Monday.com has made me more Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find all of my projects I am working on. You are allowed to put some much information and trigger dates to remind you of important tasks. I use Monday.com everyday and it is pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When one of the projects are in "completed" stage, it does not show the implementer of the project anymore. If I go back to look up information about a past project, I can no longer see who ran the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of ease of transparency. Meaning more eyes can see what is going on with different projects I have.

What do you like best about the product?
The "My View" view is my favorite. Each week, I filter by status and due date to prioritize my work week. It helps me stay organized without getting overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for project management and task management. It helps me know what to work on and when. It helps me collaborate with my coworkers on one platform.
