What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with remote teams for over 15 years and it is the absolute easiest way to collaborate and track projects. I love the ways we can invite clients to our boards for visibility and it allows our agency to move hundreds of projects through the production queue weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks need to stay with parent tasks - would be nice if they could split up.
Would be great to have client vs team visibility on updates so that we could avoid having a client board and an internal board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 50 people - employees, contractors and clients - collaborating over Monday.com and it is a godsend! We work in the financial industry and it is especially helpful for clients who are unable to use google docs or accept attachments - we can send everything through Monday and it doesn't impact their compliance restrictions.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple yet useful it is, the interface is user friendly / easy to navigate. At the same time, the platform offers numerous functionalities/capabilities that make handling tasks and information super easy and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could apply text color to monday replies, this is a function available on main updates, but not possible via replies on main updates. Would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines communication and task on any given project. As a project/account manager, monday.com makes it easy to keep track of many moving parts and delegate tasks where needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful keeping all your items and tasks organized. You can create a board for just about anything. Add co workers and or open line of communication

I have not come across anything I don't like at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows teams to collaboratively work on project all.in one place. It organizes the whole process from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
They updated my dislikes, so I do not have any dislikes at the moment. They listen to their customers and continuously improve the platform to meet the their needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to respond and "like" comments from email notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the innovativeness of the platform and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations that are available are difficult to set up without support from the Monday.com team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of needing to maintain multiple spreadsheets to track project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate all of the functions of Monday whether it's for individual task management, a team project, or a tracking tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on the type of board that you create, it may get a bit overwhelming or difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem was having to utilize multiple spreadsheets that are located all over the place. Now, this is all located in one space thanks to Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com simplifies task management making the process enjoyable. Small learning curve. Enough visual cues to help the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking proper email integratiions with Outlook.com (attachments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking the disorganized tasks I need to do and is organzing them while allowing the needed collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use with minimal training required, you're able to customize your 'board' to see the features that are relevent for use. Monday.com has become a staple part of our work management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to look at a 'to do' list and have a never-ending spiral of items, as it gives other colleagues the option to choose your deadlines (although you can change this yourself!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large, hybrid team so using Monday.com allows us to easily see who is working on what, which stage they are at and whether they need any support.

Keeps the Team together

What do you like best about the product?
It really keeps my team on task while I work remotely with them. We use this all the time with any task and project we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options available in the package I have without having to go up in the package type. It would make it easier when it came to reviews to have it all summed up on the projects/tasks everyone worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping everyone on task and making sure everyone has an equal share of tasks. We also utilize the social media planner which really helps when organzing our plans.
