Excellent Team Project Management Tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform for teams to collaborate and accomplish team projects. Easy to share tasks, files and track project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
For visual learners it lacks the ability to easily view files or images associated with project tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the museum the ability to collaborate with a variety of users to share and track projects.

Great for Trucking industry

What do you like best about the product?
Our billing department has 3 individuals all who work collaboratively to respond to customers, follow up on detention requests, POD and paperwork requests. Monday.com allows us to stay focused, organized and be able to address everything that comes our way in an organized fashion. I love the simplicity look of monday.com, the innovation of it and when I want to review to see what everyone's doing or if someone is out and I need to respond to a customer, I can look at the notes on a particular load and respond accordingly. We use this every day in our processes. It's easy to use, easy to intergrate into our process, easy to implement (started with just a few thoughts and then grown). I have not requested for any customer support yet as it's pretty self explanatory so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are limited based on what you pay for. I would like the different tiers to have more features especially in the basic setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us be able to organize projects, tasks and manage overall workload for our billing team.

What do you like best about the product?
The organazation. The new auto feautre definitely helps keep track wihtout actually updating manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes moving modules around manually stalls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really good for keeping track of all work related tasks all in one place. Boards are extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly clunky and overly cluttered. The time tracker picker can also be frustrating to use, sometimes dates are hard to select and if you have sub items you can't mark the overall task as complete without filling them in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday we would use Excel to keep track of work in and out but now use Monday for work tracking across all departments, scheduling and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how versatile monday.com is. We've found several ways to utilize it to improve our team organization, project management and various workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesn't work well as a ticketing system because it doesn't allow external users to respond to a monday.com email and have that communication be collected within the updates of the item in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central location for our team to keep our workflows and work products organized and enhances collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how well organized is, and it allows you to get creative, currently, I haven't identified any negative thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are no downsides to Monday that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting a project management - project we have ongoing, it allows us to track our progress and how reassign to the next team member once we are done with our task.

Coudn't work without it

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track things visually, as well as create easy forms and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Currently you can only copy and paste from excel (or other tables) into one column on monday.com. To be able to copy and paste content into multiple columns at once would be a game changer.
-Would appreciate some sort of archiving. Maybe a auto-notification that tells you when a board hasn't been used in over a year and asks if you need to archive it or delete it.
- I find the workspace dropdown difficult to navigate sometimes. You have to know which workspace your board is in to locate it. Wish there was more immediate access to boards from main page, maybe tabs rather than a drop down.
- Similarly the search function is not great sometimes, it will often show no matches or way too many.
- Unfortunately some columns now don't show fully when in Firefox! Raised with the Monday team but couldn't resolve. Have had to switch to Chrome instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes and steps, which saves time and effort. RAG tracking, which helps more visually-led users. Creating a form from a board, meaning we can receive and track new items easily from one central page, from request to delivery. Ability to create bespoke boards, forms and automations means we can use it for many different user cases and project types.
