Monday allowed me to scale my business and provide unique offerings to clients
What do you like best about the product?
Scaleability. I manage a lot of content creators and need to keep all of them up to date on multiple deals. Thanks to Monday I have pushed through my ceiling on the number of creators my business can onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to give my creators access to their own boards via their own private, secure links, which update automatically from the main board. I'm having to use a complex workaround for this currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday.com I would have to manually update the task boards of my clients (content creators). With that manual process removed, I have broken through the ceiling of the number of creators I can manage.

This is really easy to use and provides me with the tools to become more productive and effective

The learning curves to maximise the value of the platform require time. Monday.com provides with the trainings to overcome it.

Best Project Management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is hands down the most robust project management tool there is. There is so much flexibility and customization of to set up and manage work, and their dashboard options are incredibly helpful for cross team collaboration/views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of how robust Monday.com is, it has a downside of getting quite slow when you are utilizing all of the features and options to the full extent. We have the enterprise account which allows us to add up to 50 connected boards to a dashboard, which is incredibly useful, but slows down load times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to see everything involving our work in one place -- from timelines, to resources, to team capacity and time tracking. We are able to manage everything we need in one place without the use of multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com in our everyday work from project management to resources management as well.
It was easy to change and implement Monday in our processes. There are a lot of ways to use and customize Monday.
Producers can easily create a project from a template and there are ways to add information. Thru updates, info tab, master notes etc.
As a production studio, our updates in Monday is a source of truth for all collaborators (Producers, designers and video editors).
It's also easier to integrate the timeline of the projects with the resource timeline we have separately. We use Monday.com to put our leaves and see what projects we are scheduled on our own calendars in Monday.com.
I also use the mobile app which is really helpful when I'm outside and cant bring my laptop. I can easily track updates. And Monday can be easily connected to slack and email.

None so far. Monday's customizable environment was amazing. I guess when boards become too heavy/crowded, the site would lag sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were using a different site for Project Management. And we cant make that into boards specific to a project.
There was no option to create a kanban or calendar for each person's tasks.
I like that Monday makes project and task management easy for our production.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great process improvement tool for our business. We use it to share all of our business tasks and its an easy reference for teams to track tasks, projects and purchase orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing very happy with Monday, the whole team are happy using the program.

Lodging and tracking our tasks in one place has been a definite uplift in business improvement.
Amazingly simple project management app
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using it every day for almost five years now and it has allowed us to manage various types of projects. It's flexible without being overly complex or unfriendly to users. It was very easy to set up and our staff didn't have to undergo a lot of training because the product is intuitive. We're able to integrate it with other apps that we use. Customer support has also been responsive in the few times that we needed help with bugs.

For the price we're paying, automations shouldn't be limited anymore.

Haven't experienced any downsides yet but would like to see more functionality geared toward music companies

It's simplicity and is super user-friendly.I use Monday.com everyday at my workplace for multiple functions and it has everything we need to operate successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to use it more as CRM or have more fucntions that allow us to track CR better. Like a one-stop-shop.

Monday.com is solving project management pains. It's a super simple and intuitive tool foir this.
Comprehensive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has significantly improved our engineering team's productivity, the automation features are a great aid in handling these requests more efficient. We love the product so much that we are now scaling it into other areas of the business, including product development, safety, and logistics. Forms have been a great tool for our non office staff to submit information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing jump between Pro and Enterprise is steep, especially for the features it unlocks. The vast array of features can be overwhelming at first, particularly for new users. While the customization options are extensive, they can be complex and time-consuming to set up exactly as needed—but they are brilliant when fully operational.
