"Great User experience with easy to use interface"

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the interface is great. I like the fact we get regular email updates too. I use Monday.com everyday and its been great for managing key projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt much in the way of implementation for new users (if it has already been deployed into the business). I think they could have done more on this front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would manage projects on a Trello board mixed with notes. This was very ineffcient and I would constantly miss stuff. - The "my work" feature has been a godsend with seeing what projects I need to complete ad where I am up to with everything.

What do you like best about the product?
This has so many options and integration platforms. I LOVE Monday. I use this EVERYDAY. I have used many CRM programs, and it is by far the one that allows the most options for different styles of organizations for teams, individuals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing other than I wish I had more time to watch the educational videos to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets our team easily see how each other is doing and WHAT they are doing. It saves us alot of time

Ease of communicating with team members. monday.com ensures all relevant team members get the same information.

Sometime get overwhelmed with the amount of notifications

The communication of the workflow / process to all levels of the organization that need the information is now seemless. We simply post any issues, progress, etc to the monday.com board and all relevant people have instant access to the information

I'd love for the integration with Hubspot to be a little cleaner. Both are larger platforms and could work together

the inability to print directly from the program is inconvenient

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Monday.com is the ability to keep my team and I organized when working on multiple projects. I am easliy able to creat subitems for different project and customize tags as well! I use Monday.com first thing in the morning through out my work day every day of the week!
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can be glitchy or slow when I'm sharing my screen with a team member. It's also not beginner user friendly, it can be overwhelming when first utilizing the software but once you get used to it, it's very stright forward. Because there are a lot of features it can be difficult to focus on one item at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with managing my projects, staying on top of deadlines, and notifying my team members and superiors of project updates on a daily basis.

Ocassionally there are bugs and glitches that affect comments and notifications...
