Simple to start and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple is to start a new board and create a structure. Also the features are complex but the UI helps a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features looks are not conected right, like I can have liked cards but is very manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize the comunication and decisions we did in the firm, also have everyone in one place to see the work.

It's easy to make the platform look like the way you want, it adapts to your style of organization

The learning curve it's not too intuitive

Creates a board with all the jobs between departments that needs to be solve in mine
Great System, User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is user friendly, and easy to use the customer support function is useful. I use Monday every day it has lots of good features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday forms are quite simple and therefore are not always able to complete the task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday automations are really helpful in my role, it saves me lots of time not having to add everything to the calendar.

Not many, more the other intergrations like google that are sometimes frustrating

Complex Projects Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has solved 1,000 problems with this one solution! We have literally hundreds of processes associated with projects and systems, and Monday has helped every user across every dept manage timelines, schedules, deadlines, and more! We literally could not do what we with it! Normally with complex systems, it becomes difficult to integrate into existing workflows, but with several KPI's available and the ease of implementation for training our people, the learning curve was not steep at all!
Monday is now a screen that every user has opened on their computer at all times! If you're a Monday user around here, you have your Outlook window and your Monday window always available!

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are small quirks that are mostly related to how WE do business - and we have to find a few work-arounds. Also, some minimal things like a 50 board cap on dashboards, etc. ~
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing literally hundreds of processes for each project at a time - this is a huge benefit for time, personnel, and more!
Very Helpful Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I heavily rely on Monday.com's organizational structure to keep track of my daily tasks and weekly deliverables. The option to be subscribed to several different "boards" is a very helpful way of gathering the relevant teams in one place so everyone has visibility into each other's bandwidth. The ability to modify labels and customize the board to facilitate ease of use as improved my company's overall workflow. Moreover, navigating the platform is easy and intuitive, and learning the implementation process is the same way. Overall, I really appreciate Monday.com for all it has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Monday.com. One thing I would like is the ability to see a history of each version of a Monday board and being able to revert back to that version of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is providing a solution to issues with project management and time tracking. Our company's workflow greatly hinges on submitting deliverables on time, and Monday.com allows all team members to visualize the work, details for each request, and the time left to complete deliverables.

Helps us keep all our many projects in one place. We manage three brands and it's so much easier with Monday!

You have to... actually use it! No matter how well you set it up, it's not helpful if you don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan out our promotion schedule for three brands including events, launches, and social media posts.
We shifted all our internal processes to Monday.com and it's improved all aspects of our business.

It's 99% customisable to what we need it for, we have boards and automation for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs ramp up fairly quickly as you build the team and invite more clients onto the systems. Testiment to its usability I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to integrate all of our systems onto a one cloud based solution to track projects and internal processes to a ISO 9001 standard. We're yet to intagrate time tracking but this is next up on the todolist

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great because of the custom automations that you can create. This helps with internal work and external reviews with clients. We use Monday every single day. I also love the multiple options for organization and status
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop and the app on the phone do not run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
right now it is good

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible monday.com is. You can customize so. many. things but it somehow doesn't feel overwhelming. My favorite part, though, is how visual (and pretty) the dashboards are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time tracking is a major headache on monday.com. You are unable to have multiple team members tracking time at one. If time is running, you have no way to know it unless you are looking at the task. You also have no way of know which team member has time running and are able to turn off the tracker even if you aren't the one running the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com plays a major role in keeping our projects on track and on time.
