Perfect tool for marketing teams to capture all items for dozens of projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It is our single source of everything for a complex marketing workflow. We use it to manage every aspect of our work, and even use it to store invoices to track spend. It is SUPER easy to use, and we use this more than email and chat now. We were up and running in less than a week. Our team repeatly states we could not work without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was an integration to automatically post to LinkedIn. The social calendar is amazing to track our social posting calendar, but having to manually post to LI is one gap that we wish they would address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multple spread sheets, teams folder etc...Now we have ONE place to track, measure, support everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy enough for those who are not too techy savvy to understand how to use it. It is easy to implement to an organization. There are so many available tutorials to learn too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I don't think this is monday.com's fault, I am having difficulty integrating my Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive with monday.com. This may be due to my organization's IT governance policy. There are so many features and I am trying to learn them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization is learning to work collaboratively more and more. Monday.com is allowing us to use the same tool, view each others progress, and keep each other accountable with projects.
An efficient and intuitive tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy is to do, the many ways it has to save and show information, the automation it has, and how organized you can make it. I love the asthetics of the app and that you can learn while using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its support system in case of issues is not that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the app we use to manage our tasks and projects, we also crated documentation and keep important information there. It is a really great platform when the whole team can work together and have access to everything at the same time.
Highly customizable & easy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Monday.com is customizable to just about any business. You can create different boards for all your needs. Such as inventory control & tracking, cost of goods etc. Monday.com is the framework our compay runs off of and thrives using daily. Monday.com is super easy to learn and to teach to thers as well. I would highly recommed it to any company looking for business software solutions. Outstanding customer service awaits you if ever needed as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem is that the boards maximum size limit isn't larger. I have to create a second board for the overflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me keep track of all my customers orders and where all their items are located. It benefits me by keeping me organized and up to date with all my customers transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay on top of my task management and allows me to be creative with how I present my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations on how I present data, however I supplement this with the use of Google Sheets.

It creates a space where I can organise my work in a central point. It benefits me by helping me stay organised.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of Monday are awesome. It is perfect for working with a team and keeping everything current. Setup up boards is easy to do and the filtering function is great. I haven't needed much support, but when I asked, they always responded.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only nitpick is that sometimes, when you have a lot of columns, it becomes hard to manage. It is just the nature of displaying data in a table, not Monday's fault. I am sure there is a way to get a database-style view. All in all, it is an excellent application and very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes communicating much easier because I can send tasks to the development team, and they can quickly update the status. Beats 50 emails back and forth.
monday.com makes Mondays feel like Friday
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is the most convenient organizer I've ever used. It truly changed the way my work communicates and prioritizes projects. I use it every single day at work. It was super easy to implement and integrate. Without monday.com, work would be a lot harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I don't have an answer for this one. I don't dislike anything about monday.com that I can think about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com, the CEO and I would lose tracking on projects, communication was all over the place on Slack or email or text, and collaboration was difficult to do. We had no way of really knowing what our plans were unless we referenced back to our own notebooks. Now, our notes and projects are in the same place, we can update each other easily just by clicking the status button without needing extra communication, and as a visual learner monday.com helps me see out how the next few months at work are gonna be for me.
Robust, Customizable and Exactly what we need!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very customizable and user friendly! Absolutley love that aspect especially for my team that uses it. I love how we can build our custom notifications for almost anything! And like I said, the user interface is really great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that that I am forced to purchase the work management software in order to get the Sales CRM software. Our team doesn't touch the work managment software at all and soley works from the Sales CRM Software. If we could eliminate that part, it would be almost perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us document and be very detailed in all of our projects! It is also helping us solve the communication in our sales and production cycle so that all team members are aware of what is going on. It is also improving our efficiency all around, specifically when we need to pass of tasks, project, etc. to other team members instead of emailing, texting or calling to notify them of an update.
