Brilliant product an easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
great product and very easy to use. I love different tabs that I can clink to see more info on our patient. It;s a all in one package.

scrolling around the coukd be difficult at a time due to background colour hiding scroll bar or tab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of patient's information in order to asit them better. Aswell as make it avilable for all within the same network. This come handy when a consutant may be absense and other come in to help.
Great process oriented system for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement action items. This provides transparency for the whole time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing bad to say about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solved our workflow issues by being able to assign people to certain tasks & showing what work has been done already. It is benefiting my company by keeping us efficient with tasks that are urgent.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday.com incredibly versatile and adaptable to our specific project needs. The platform enables us to create detailed process flows, which is invaluable for managing projects from beginning to end. The variety of built-in automations helps streamline workflows and boost my team’s productivity. Furthermore, the Monday.com interface is intuitive and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com provides a variety of automation options, I find the 'create your own' automation feature somewhat limited and less intuitive than I would prefer. It lacks some of the options available in the standard automation selections, which can be restrictive. Additionally, the interface for generating graphs is not as user-friendly as it could be, often requiring considerable trial and error to display the desired data accurately. Moreover, I find it limiting that columns must appear in every group on the same board, as some columns are only relevant for specific groups. This can lead to an unnecessarily complicated table structure.

Monday.com has been instrumental in improving coordination and streamlining workflows in my project management tasks. It offers a central platform to track all project aspects, from initial planning to final delivery. The platform enhances team collaboration with its user-friendly interface and customisable boards, allowing for clear visualisation of project timelines and responsibilities, which boosts accountability and efficiency. What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com ttook ovwr my day to day woek management. I like the intuitive interface and the flexibility of the system. It givws as a visual picture of whats happening in your projects and critical tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part to other apps still needs to be simplified in order to run seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Managwment. It helps memorganize ans traxk my teams taakz efficiently. Delegatiok of responsibility and aetting deadlines are also bwttwr with religious use of the system
A Multitasker's friend
What do you like best about the product?
Since the first time I used this platform, it helped me improve my time management. As a Designer, it helped me to organize my high volume tasks according to priority. The scope of my whole work became more manageable than ever. This is really recommended for those who are working on fast-paced tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform needs to improve the appearance of its tables. It would be better if they could have a "dark mode" feature to ease the eye fatigue of those people who has light-sensitive vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helped me to track the progress of each tasks. Since the nature of my job as a designer requires handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, it helped me to finish my tasks on time.
Great Workspace Management Product
What do you like best about the product?
Task Management in monday.com is flexible, fast and convenient. It is easy to drag and drop, clone, edit within monday.com and we could customize as per our organization's need. Changing Status of Task is quick and we get email notifications for status changes and other notifications related to task. We use it to add comments and documentation related to tasks. Made project management super-easy !
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult to track the total time taken to complete the tasks if there are interruption or stoppages within the task. Start and End dates do not provide the exact picture of the total time taken to complete the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a couple of small DEV teams and our project manager uses monday.com to create, assign and track tasks assigned to us. Task Management in monday.com is flexible, fast and convenient. It is easy to drag and drop, clone, edit within monday.com and we could customize as per our organization's need. Changing Status of Task is quick and we get email notifications for status changes and other notifications related to task. It helps us in attaching project related documents to tasks and share comments about the tasks to peers within individual task. Email notifications help the team to be notified on updates to task and when the task is due for completion.

The whole interface is easy to use and you can also use it and learn about the flow of the app really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the description of the task, sometimes I need more options to add in the description not only images and text.

What do you like best about the product?
The new workflow module is very interesting, although I have not had time to fully explore the features. I have only performed basic tests.
The new version of workforms is excellent. I hope you can add more types of board data types that are currently not supported.

Highly customized dashboard views are sometimes required that are not available in the app market.
It is not possible to sum the values of multiple cells in a column in a single cell. This functionality is sometimes crucial for developing the entire project on a single board.
The number widget is limited. It should have the option to enter a custom formula with board data.
More automations are needed that are compatible with subitems. For example, when a subitem is created, the creator user should be assigned to the person column.
A complete solution is needed that integrates Monday with Gmail. This is as basic as the solutions in the app market.

Not having the ability to be more granular on Project heirachy. Should be able to have another level after sub item.
