My favorite productivity tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for over 5 years. It is an exceptionally helpful tool for cross-functional collaboration, project management, and task tracking across various business segments. It is user-friendly, and easy to promote adoption within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. The tool has improved greatly over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
its a highly customizable interface, which allows our team to tailor the platform to fit their specific workflow needs. The visual project management tools are great, such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards, which help in tracking progress and managing tasks efficiently. Platform's robust integration capabilities with other tools and software make it a favorite amongst our team for seamless cross team collaboration and enhanced productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve and the complexity of monday.com's interface, which can be overwhelming for new users and teams not familiar with project management tools. Additionally, some users find the pricing structure to be on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Campaign Planning and Coordination:
Problem: Lack of a centralized system to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns leads to confusion and miscommunication.
Benefit: With monday.com,we were able to create detailed project boards for each campaign. These boards include timelines, assigned tasks, and milestones. The visual interface makes it easy to see who is responsible for what and when tasks are due, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
2. Task Management and Deadlines:
Problem: Managing multiple tasks and ensuring they are completed on time can be challenging, often resulting in missed deadlines.
Benefit: We are able to assign tasks to team members with clear deadlines. Automated reminders and notifications help ensure tasks are completed on time.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
Problem: Inefficient communication channels can lead to delays and misunderstandings.
Benefit:Integrated communication tools where our team members can leave comments, attach files, and update task statuses in real-time. This keeps all communication related to a task in one place, reducing the chances of important information getting lost.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday.com is its flexibility with boards, tasks, calendar, and all its features. Managing projects on this platform is incredibly easy because I can create custom fields, options, and date types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can become quite high when the team is large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has solved our teamwork issues, as it allows multiple people to collaborate on the same project. It has improved our project organization and overall Tech support within the company. The forms feature has helped a lot and all of the integrations

It can be hard to know all your potential options without some serious time devoted to it.

It's solving the ability to keep my projects organized and tracking a variety of elements of those projects.
Monday.com makes my Mondays (and every work day) less complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of transitioning from one Monday board to another. I have several ongoing projects with different teams at different companies. Monday allows me to keep my separate projects private and organized without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an "archive" and "trash" section for each group within a Monday board. It would make tracking older content easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that there is an "Archived" option because there are often times when I complete a project and do not want to "trash it." Making completed tasks "invisible" with this feature is great for maintaining organization and decluttering my workspace.
Great project management tool for our teams
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface is something that is intuitive and easy for everyone our team to pick up and use. Very little training was necessary to onboard our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, probably that more of our company doesn't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying what staff members own specific tasks. We use the RACI approach on our projects, and being able to identify who is Responsible, Accountable, Informed, and Consulted has helped to clear up any issues around who "owns" each task.

What do you like best about the product?
People actually compliment how organzied I am now, and I've never been told I'm an organized person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a relatively new company, and they're growing fast. There is bound to be growing pains, and some of those are that the site doesn't always run smoothly. I've recently had quite a few glitches, but nothing detrimental. Just frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My personal favorite feature is having all business information in a central location. I don't need to request access to a sharepoint site. No opening 12 documments to find the information I need. I can work off my own task tracker and by connecting a colleague’s board, I can update them without having to send an email, chat, or leaving my own task board.

What do you like best about the product?
"This is the best project management tool I have ever used. This platform allows both local and international teams to stay updated on project progress, assignments, risks, and workload visibility. I love the fact that we can integrate other tools like Google Drive. Monday has significantly reduced the length of status meetings, and our team conversations are more strategic."
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation tools can be challenging to grasp at first. The initial learning curve may feel overwhelming due to the multitude of features and solutions offered by Monday.com. It takes time to find and build the right template for various needs, such as CRM, PM, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the length and frequency of internal status meetings. Assignments are clear, timelines are visible to everyone. Once you learn how to use the tool, its intuitive and you are not spending too much time updating your dashboards.We are decreasing the duration and frequency of our internal status meetings. What do you like best about the product?
I started using monday.com years ago and always left to try the new project management software. I've tried almost all of them and I always come back to monday.com because of its versatility and my clients finding it the easiest to use. I would highly recommend to any web design agency.
It was very easy to setup and get all my projects organized. There was also a lot of resources for me to reference.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little more expensive than their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to keep track of all my projects and everything going on. Being a freelancer means I have to wear a lot of hats. Being able to keep track of everything in one location is key to saving time. Knowing how much time I spend on one project is important as well.

What do you like best about the product?
What we love the most about Monday is its worflow flexibility so we can customize the platform to our needs, and also the ability to create "high views" that allow us to asses what's happenig in the organization and make better decisions. Monday is easy to implement and integrate with other platforms and they also offer great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot buy individual licenses as the team grows. For example, we had to jump from 10 seats to 15 when needed to add only one more team member.
