Great Product for every day of the week
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of tasks and having a place to share everyone's tasks and workload. I like the ability to update the states of a task and send work for review without the use of messaging.

What do you dislike about the product?
The social calendar isn't as effective as it could be. There is no facility to link posts to the plots on the calendar and all plots are the same colour; different colours would help for a quick overview of what's to come.
Also, the spaces are very small, only big enough for a few letters.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the issue of not knowing where people are up to on their different tasks and having to chase. It also allows us to share materials on one task rather than contact everyone via messaging apps to chase for their assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The super easy UI is great. It means you can get the whole team on board without any real training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just so expensive. We're a small business paying around £320 a month and this isn't affordable, sadly we're having to move away from Monday.com next year because of this. It's such a great tool but not good for small businesses purely due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it internally and externally. Externally, we use it as a retainer board to flag issues to our development team who correspond with us over the ticket. This was previously on email which led to multiple tickets of the same issue being raised and us never having a clear picture of exactly what was being worked on. We also use it internally to manage all our projects so we can see calendar clashes / resourcing issues etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas can be a little tricky.
Integrations can work, but sometimes need a bit of a bodge - creating a button to send a text I had to set another box to increase a number by one. this can then tricker a 'change' integration that will send the sms.
It would be good to link the comments boxes when mirror linking.

Monday.com as a CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely versatile tool that can easily be tailored to meet your requirements. Our requirements were fairly bespoke, but the Monday.com team were a great help in creating the platform and giving us tips and hints, whilst letting us build it so we gained a detailed understanding of how it worked for future tweaks. Plust the price points are extremely competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up team were fantastic, but our account holder is regularly not available.
Backing up the data is also a concern.
Intregration from our excel database into Monday was longwinded.

Work managment - fully transferred over our work managment excel sheets into monday and its provided better reliability and accessability

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very easy to use/navigate and is organised. The reminder emails are a great way of remembering to action tasks. Customization - we can customise our boards, columns and widgets to match our workflows and project requirements, this is great. monday.com is accessible on various devises too (mobiles etc) and this is good as it allows everyone to stay connected and updated on tasks and actions

The high level of customization is sometimes too much and can get complex

I love how easy it is to group projects and create tickets broken down into sections
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see different section header columns compared to the sub level columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very odd but for some reason, when I write a comment in Monday.com, it takes 10 seconds to show the text. I have to write in a blank email then copy and paste. This method is quicker. I clear my browser cache everyday but it's not helping.

Monday.com solves the problem where tasks and sprints are seperated. they can be linked across board seamlessly and duplicating is also handy
