What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all the company task organized and easy to track. Also the scheduling system is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everithing so far. I dont have anything to complaint about.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about working with Monday is that after a short time, you can understand perfectly how the software works. It does not require too much adaptation time and it is possible to put a lot of material into it for all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my colleagues open post after post and enter too much data in one post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Monday solves for me is that everything is in one place and I don't have to scroll through mountains of emails to find what I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com!

I set it up for the company I work for and now we have over 100+ users, and more are signing up every day. I like that you can customize -literally- everything. Every board can be used differently to meet your needs. It has made keeping track of tasks, social media and website updates so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might seem silly, but I wish we could customize the colors of the labels, haha. Besides that, love everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our design department is growing, and as we grow we take on more tasks. Monday.com has made it easier to assign duties, keep track of current and upcoming projects, and create forms for all of our departments to use.

You could remove the notifications part and just leave the feed updates

What do you like best about the product?
The fluidity with which tasks could be made and assigned to the relevant person.
My company uses multiple dashboards for different integrations and it has made the experience much more practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features lack depth when it comes to use cases.
Other than that, the experience has been incredibly positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is an incredibly useful for project management.
The ability to store and check information as well as create new topics is great!

Extremely useful for cross-teams every day: we use it to communicate with clients and between communication and developing teams. Highly customizable, infinite potential
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very useful tool, but it takes a lot of effort to learn features and how to master them. So paying months of use without knowing how to maximise the use may be demanding

Reduces email use, makes immediate communication with clients and makes easy to summarize years of work

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build boards for what you need. The customer support is fantastic. We have just started using it and I know that I am just scratching the surface of what Monday.com can do for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. I am enjoying learning about it and implementing it with my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com let's the entire team have visibility on ALL projects in one place. Gone are the days of Excel tracking The fact that it is web based makes it easier to access information no matter where you are.

While dealing with scripts and code, Monday.com's version control features are not sufficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization options available in monday Work Management, which makes it easy to tailor the platform to our specific needs. This customization ability is complemented by the preset workflows that streamline our project management processes effectively. I also appreciate how seamlessly and fairly easy it was to set up and understand, ensuring that our team could start using it without any significant hurdles. Moreover, the ability to view an overview, track progress, and export reports is incredibly advantageous, allowing us to have a comprehensive understanding of our projects at any time. Additionally, the integrations with tools like Slack and email have significantly enhanced our workflow by keeping all our communication and tasks connected, thus increasing overall efficiency.
