Easy and fast organization for collaborative projects.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is being able to generate to-do lists and thus organize a single task that requires multiple steps, as well as the option of subtasks and tagging the people who need to see the progress of the step or be notified when the task has been completed. I love that it is linked to Slack.I like that they have added reactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I misplace items, and it's challenging for me to find them again, but it has been happening less frequently over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me maintain order, organize my tasks by day, week, and month. It's very useful for keeping a record of what has been done before and thus identifying the time and manner in which any activity was carried out, accessible, easy, and fast.
Monday is an incredible tool for my job
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday because it helps me to organice my files and share them with my team, also I can upload different versions of the same file which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much things I dislike about Monday to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a need from my team to track all my activities in real time and Monday helps me to meet this need by creating a board where I can be constantly updating my progress and my team can see it.

I like how editable the boards are for all kinds of purposes, how easy it is to post something and notify so many people, how you can see who has checked an update, and the automation options are all helpful. It's also very easy to hop in and start using Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Boards don't seem to be interactive unless you're able to automate things in one board to another which is not a small task.

Great project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use. Intuitive design. Keeps track of all project deliverables, due dates, owners, and allows for notifications and reminders. Simple yet powerful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some project managers find it too simplistic and then we have two simultaneous software products to track and keep up with during projects which is not ideal.

No tools are available to markup documents, leave comments, or provide feedback.
When you open a project, the Project Details are not visible, you have to hoover over the cell to read the info.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday.com is visually friendly and easy to use. It helps me keep projects organized and is extremely customizable and easy to integrate and implement with gmail and other 3rd party apps. I have used it frequently for about five years now and their customer support team has helped me whenever I've needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I wish the formula functions and features were identical to Microsoft Excel. I don't like having to learn another formula language. But Monday still makes it easy so I'm not complaining really. Also, sometimes there is lag and latency issues which make it clunky. The more extensive my boards are the more latency there is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps the team to avoid missing important milestones by effectively highlighting the phases of a project and the next task needed. I appreciate the automations which has saved time and effort with customer engagement.

Visually easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The status bars that allow you to see at a glance if there are outstanding tasks that need to be done. Being dyslexic, this visual cue is super helpful.

No real complaints, it's quite an intuitive system to use.

Help to easily have one place where you can find information and status updates for where different jobs are.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up boards and customising to meet the needs of the project, service or activity we want to track. The support functionality is also good should you have a problem with the system or board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to suggest improvements and get this in front of someone who can understand what you need and update you on solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to coordinate a number of service deliveries across a number of our clients and customers. This gives us a regimented and set approach to delivery and allows us to review and prioritise across a number of clients. This saves us a lot of time in administration.
