What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to interact with and quite intuitive for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanban board must have other visualization possibilities!

Monday is organizing everything so that we can manage more assertively!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and intuitive the full suite of services offered by Monday.com has made for recording and reporting out data. This is a great alternative to other software like Excel and gives a more clean-looking date overview. I find myself using Monday.com more frequently and integrating all my data in one place to use as a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Monday.com may fall behind is that, unlike Excel, it does take more time to navigate and learn what the product can offer. The learning curve is not a difficult task, but it will require patience to find its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me remove the burden of reuploading data that was historically tracked on Excel and creates a single point of access to report and update ongoing tasks/projects.

Easy to keep up on projects running on my tables, Also lets other deparmtents know as well whats being ran. I use it everyday and use it almost every other hour of the day.

Can be glitchy sometimes, and load times can take ahile

Makes it easy to track our product, when it was ran, and how many was packaged. Simple and everyone can follow it.
Excelent tool to manager your project or operational internal process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with your Gmail account. You can configure to update a board by just receiving an email with certain criteria, this saves time in adding comments or updates manually.
I like how you can combine the information from a board into a real-time dashboard that updates automatically. It helps to present the data in a more summarized and visual way when it is shared with managers or departments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it is a personal choice, but I noticed the dashboard does not have the option to download it as an Excel file. It can be downloaded as PDF only. That will be a downside for me, at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep track of the vendor vetting process for new or existing landlords in our system making sure the deadline for any vendor update does not excced the 5 business day deadline.
What would I do without monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is more than a project management tool... it manages my clients, my team, my targets, my budgets, my calenar (I could go on). I like how easy it is to you and how it integrates so seamlessly with our other software. I have onboarded so many colleagues on to monday.com and everyone seems to love it! I think it helps that it is so visual and modern unlike some other dated PM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools on monday.com... A LOT. I fear I am not using the system to it's full advantage by not making use of all of these tools but it is hard to know what to use where. Some sort of tips or pointers would be really useful. Ie. "Did you know you can use our _____ tool to make this board even more efficient!"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows my time to work collaboratively and remotely - it is such a time saver for us! It is so clear to map out projects and tasks to keep everyone aligned and on track.

Friendly user experience and the wide variety of features and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In boards, I wish all the groups didn't have to be aligned. There are times when a column is relevant for one group but not for another group.

I'm a project manager so helping me manage projects that span months and massive budgets is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can copy and paste and up load files and email client all in one place. Easy use. Color coding is amazing. Organizing and the cards for each section. I use all day and learn more everyday.

Its Slow Loading at times and you need to refresh or log out and in for it to stop freezing

I can do everything with communications to other departments and to clients in thier account and link emails to my gmail so everything I email to client or ereceive goes to thier account.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com almost every day to manage my chores and tasks and to manage my projects. I like the possibility to work in collaboration with other colleagues or teams and even with invited outside people in one single place, also the available templates for different purposes make our use easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be multi level hierarchy tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having diferent collaboration spaces. It allows me to be more efficient and quick, focusing on what is important, delegating tasks and keeping track of the status in an automated way.
