Best way to unify a WFH, multi-market team
What do you like best about the product?
The primary UI is designed around the same format as a spreadsheet. This might sound like a dig, but by utilizing such a well-known system any user who has experience with spreadsheets can intuitively glean information just by looking at the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation building can be a bit hard to understand and sometimes seems limited for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been growing and we are moving away from email-based project management and reviewing to a centralized location of project request, development, and review.
Love the ease of the Monday.com platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it incredibly easy to create plans, collaborate with teammates, and track task progress, all within one comprehensive platform. I was impressed by how quickly we were able to get started and seamlessly integrate it into our marketing workflow. I use it daily to ensure I don't miss any agreed actions, and the platform's intuitive design means I've never had to contact customer support. Whenever I need help, I can easily find a helpful how-to video online. Key features like customisable dashboards and automated notifications have significantly streamlined our processes. Compared to other project management tools I've used, Monday.com stands out for its user-friendly interface and robust functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to explore yet and I've not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday for the WIN
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great asset to myself and my team over the last several years. The ease of use in which I can share things with team members and the number of features available to me are my favorites pieces of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Monday.com comes with a wide varety of features, learning about them takes time. Admittedly, this an issue with most of the software I use outsite of Monday.com. A minor downside of having so much capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I start my work day, the first task I do is open Monday.com to my personal board. I keep all of my tasks ordered by urgency from top to bottom. As I complete each task, I mark it complete and move to the next all while being sure I add what I did to complete my task to the comments section of said task. With this, my day is a mess and things consistently get dropped.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday.com keeps my projects so organized, easy to understand and find information, and the colors are fun, too! I love that I can also include website links, PDFs/documents, and automate notifications, making it so easy to see everything all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get glitchy, but the product team is usually very quick to tackle the issue.

Keeping track of deadlines, managing client portfolios.

Easy to learn, easy to use, unbelievably efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user, it's the best software I've used to manage and keep track of tickets. By the second day of implementation, I was completely comfortable using it and two years later it's still the best work management software I've used. Their support team is also incredible & very quick to respond and fix any issues. Super easy to integrate with our email management software and website as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything bad to say; a bug here & there will occasionally show up, but even then is always resolved within the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The single biggest problem we had before monday was support ticket management. Now, whenever a ticket is created, we have several boards we can send it to depending on the context of the ticket, and sub-boards within those existing boards. Everything is very clean and concise, makes it so easy to navigate through my own workflow.
A very useful tool for the organization of small and large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible and easy to customize, perfectly adapting to our needs. Facilitate collaboration between teams with mentions and notifications, and integrate well with other tools we already use, such as Google Drive and Slack. It also allows us to see the progress of projects clearly with different views and automates repetitive tasks, saving time. Additionally, it is scalable, growing along with the company and improving our organization and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Monday is that, although it has many integrations, sometimes I can't find the specific app for my business. I would love for it to have more ways to collaborate with Hubspot and Shopify, even though it already does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, improve the organization and tracking of projects, allowing us to visualize progress and pending tasks clearly. This facilitates planning and helps us meet deadlines. Second, improve collaboration between teams through mentions, comments, and notifications, ensuring that everyone is aligned and communicated efficiently. Third, automate repetitive tasks, which saves time and reduces human errors.

Monday.com helps facilitate better collaboration across our various teams. It helps us stay on task and keep organized. I can't imagine not using it.

It's only as useful as those that use it.

It helps us stay on top of dozens of active projects at the same time.
Monday.com helps our Remote Team Stay Connected
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual aspect of it if I'm being completely honest. I also love that it keeps our remote team connected, and organized. The automation is a huge bonus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything I really "dislike" but I would say that knowing how to structure your boards and configure automation takes some planning and a little trial and error. But, i think you will find that with any software program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to keep our team on task with various projects. We are a remote team so it helps to keep us "connected" even though we are not physically together.
It's Transformed the way that we work
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has completely transformed the way our team collaborates and gets things done on a daily basis. It is so incredibly versatile for a variety of needs for Goal Tracking, Time management, budget tracking, project management, and collecting actional feedback. It's also helped us to make our meetings more effective and efficient so we have a clear understanding of what we need to accomplish and what follow up action needs to happen. I love the ability to automate each board so you have a real-time picture of where projects and tasks stand. It has saved us tons of time on repeated, automatable tasks that we were otherwise having to do manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone App is much less functional if you're trying to make updates on the go or copy things over from a Monday document. I mostly only use the phone app as a view only tool as opposed to an edit or note taking tool. This doesn't affect me on a daily basis, but it would be nice if it were more user friendly on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to keep everything in the same place and makes it much easier to collaborate accross various departments.
