Monday, the perfect site for you project organization!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is that this site is super easy to use. We quickly understand how to use the site and how to improve it according to our needs. What is also nice to have is the multitude of components that we can adapt for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like a little less about Monday, in my opinion, are the email reminders. There are way too many. Sometimes my inbox is filled with emails from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication within our team and the other teams. In a single access, our manager has access to all the projects of all his employees. That's great! Also, between colleagues we have access to all the projects. This is a very important access for our team. This allows me to follow up when someone is traveling or on leave. If anyone ever leaves the team, we have information on all their projects in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and straight forward the design is. It is so easy to create, list and submit for approval on lots of ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard for me to find my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the task of online graphic design approval. It is so simple and easy to uplaod art and get feedback all in one organized place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has many features to detail your projects and facilitate the communication within your team and accross departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many tools, it requires some time to get mastered and needs to be used on a regular basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble tracking who was doing what in our teams and to see which projects needed extra kick to get done. Now we are to save time and see eachother's workload and avoid wasting time when one project is blocked.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Monday.com is its ease of use and glut of features. Monday.com is easy to integrate into your current work flow and is the easiest way to collaborate with our team and keep track of our to-dos! Would highly recommend for any small-to-mid-sized organization looking to find a suite of tools that will help them collaborate and stay on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve in implementation of Monday.com. Once your team gets into the habit of using it and increases the frequency of use you'll see dividends but until then it can feel like a waste. Customer support is very helpful during this implementation process however.

Monday.com gives our organization a central location for individuals to track their daily and long term tasks and for groups of employees to collaborate and work with one another on various projects.

Monday sometimes offers a lot of possibilities, it sometimes takes a little time to be able to use all the tools available

Monday allows you to group information in the same place to promote simple and effective collaboration between several collaborators

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our organization keep track of tickets, onboard new hires, and help ensure that we have accurate reporting for systems that integrate into monday. At least one member uses monday.com on a daily basis with most users utilizing it at least once a week. After setting up a board with the initial columns and features, it is very easy to use. Customer support has generally been excellent as well.
Our use case has expanded further to more teams as time goes on. I love how easy it it is to get more teams into the platform and the amount of systems that integrate with the system is fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides as far as I am concerned. I will say that the automations are not always the easiest for new users to set up on their own boards and settings for automations can be limiting at times. I have also recently had trouble with automations that stop functioning for no apparent reason and at completely random intervals. That said, the monday team seems to make upgrades to automations and the overall tool on a decent cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve our need for a centralized system for people to collaborate on projects, track tickets across vendors and ensure that new hires receive onboarding communication successfully. We utilize so many different systems and it is very helpful to have a system that brings them all together. The automations are also very helpful and are utilized on almost every different board. We have begun to utilize monday's form builder for many more projects and it has truly been a bright spot as we are able to mold the system to our needs.

Monday is helping us collaborate faster despite team member scatters across different part of the world, we are able to simply get delegated task and push updates
Mostly Good With a Few Irritations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can export to excel, the various templates and boards we can have and that we can share what we select with the clients or other team mebers. It is also convenient to be able to assign tasks and color code things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting to excel is a pain in the rear end. And the automations and notifications glitch out a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one location and keeps templates we create to use for multiple cleints and helps with task assignment
Easy to use, Very intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and straightforward to use Monday.com is. I find it to be very intuitive, without being clunky. It was quick to learn, and a great way to organize clients, projects, and KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I cannot automatically number my items. I also struggled to get my charts to show correctly due to how Monday.com recognizes axis data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a central, organized place where I can keep to-do lists, collaborative projects, and KPIs, displayed as visual analytics. This replaces separate software systems and documents.
Great for basic or advanced teams
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping all our projects in one place and ability to notify and have different views. Easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes views can be confusing and lack of training can be confusing to find the best way to do something. However, that could just be organization error and not monday.com error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our projects and priorities in one place. Visibility into our product roadmap so teams can plan accordingly.
