An excellent project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is excellent. The graphs are really good

I would like to see better people management tools.

We use Monday for Project Management

Monday is pretty straightforward if you're using it for simple things like project boards

A lot of functions aren't particularly straightforward in terms of how to use them. For what we need, though, it works great. Admittedly, we only scratch the surface of what's available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows to show our entire orgainization our list of priorities and collaborate between teams by recording notes and having discussion on projects in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for collaboration, checking where others are with their projects, managing new/inco,ing projects, and for orginazation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with other platforms takes a bit, but overall still manageable. I wish there were more features for dashboarding as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small tea, monday.com helps us organize project requests that come in through a Qualtrics form. Sometime the projects overalp between responsibilities, so it's easier to assign and be aware of what others are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage OKRs and tasks across a team across the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current lack of integration with our other technologies - not sure how much of that is on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Keeping a running list of bugs
2) Sharing task lists - use it for our standup 10-15 minute daily meetings to ensure accountability

The easy is to use and see what tasks need to be completed and schedule

Sometimes it takes a bit to refresh and load

Robust and Beautiful PM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com has an inviting interface combined with a great automation system. There are also a lot of integrations as well as being able to pull from different boards that make the tool very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some issues I face when using this tool:
- I really wish there was a hotline to call with monday.com questions. It's really hard to type the issue you're dealing with in an email or chat, though the monday.com representitives respond back immediately.
- The automation tool is great, but could handle more complex automations.
- I wish there was a better integration with Jira. Jira is used by all of our engineering and Product teams and it's been challenging getting them to also work in Monday.com

Monday.com makes organization easy and helps us keep projects on track.
What do you like best about the product?
The hierarchy of workspaces, boards, groups, and items is very logical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the subitems get a little bit glitchy, but I just need to do a quick refresh of my browser and it's fine after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Monday.com, our team relied on creating project tracking documents in Word and Excel. Those files would get lost sometimes, or they'd be difficult to collaborate on. Monday.com helps solve both problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of advanced features I dont know about. It takes time to learn about them and I dont want to have to watch a bunch of tutorials.

The sharing of informaiotn. It is much easier to monitor and share information instead of using static excel files.
