Monday.com is Great for Legal Transaction Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows users to track projects in a very easy to view and discernable manner. The integrated widgets really help with this as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting your monday.com journey can be a bit overwhelming at first; thankfully, there is a lot of support available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped my organization integrate project tracking in a variety of ways. The ability to input data into one sheet and utilize it in a multitude of methods is a strong point.
Wouldn't be able to get through my day without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows projects to happen and evovle transparently allowing for any and all team mates to be able to collaborate effectively. We've been using it for 4 years now and I don't know we would be able to manage our many projects without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday.com would have some publisher option like a hootsuite feature built into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our projects can be put on monday from accounting,marketing,communicatinons,member retention. You have to think strategically on how to get the boards to work for you but there are plenty of templates to help.

Monday.com has a lot of accessability options and is highly customisable. It also allows for team integration and allows for frequent collaberation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is very customisable, it could do with more implementation of other programs for better workflow

Monday.com allows me to keep track of my busy workload and as someone who suffers from dyspraxia, it allows me to break tasks into smaller pieces

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, very customizable and easy to collaborate. Built in automations save a lot of time throughout the day and help to minimize errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional technical glitches and downtime, but not too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes, logging daily activity, working with others while not being in the office together.

Very intuitive, I like how it sends you daily reminders (or however often you need them).

There isn't much I dislike. The only thing that isn't great, I would say, is when others don't use it.

It's helping us keep track of deliverables that work across multiple functions in the company.

Workflow automation, project management. Easy to use, easy to implement. I use it every day, with lots of features. Easy to integrate with workflow and low code automation

Not the easiest to visualize, not the easiest to navigate between boards.

Interface - very intuitative and user friendly interface making it easy to navigate
Team collaboration - all changes are visible in real time which makes everything great when working remotly. Also, love the fact that it works on mobiles which makes it easy to access anywhere

I think pricing can be a bit of a hit for small companies or star-ups.
Also, it would be great if monday.com would have a desktop app which would work offline and then sync all the process when I am online. (in this case I could work on flights and places where wifi is not reliable)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main problem solving with monday.com is communication between the teams and departments. We can all see updates in real time and react quickly. Also, for me personaly main problem solved is lack of clarity as monday.com provides a visual representation of projects and tasks so I can see everything in one place.

the high cost of the license makes it very difficult to implement for large groups of people, which ends up limiting the use of the application in the company
