What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate on tasks with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve to setting up automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the whole team stay on tasks that are a priority for the agency. It also helps everyone know where others are with their part of the project.
Flexible, Powerful, and Customizable PMS with great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how maleable and flexible you can make the columns and rows into whatever functionality is ideal and how its completely customizable. I also love the robust native integrations with 3rd party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There leaves little to be desired on 3rd and 2nd layor sub tasks, I believe only one subtask level is allowed, it would be nice if there was a third sub-level possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have highly customizable columns and rows for unique projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the colourful drag and drop interactions that make managing projects and moving milestone easy. The ability to track and assign owners in invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its less like a traditional complex project plan and when maning complex techncial projects i sometime miss a good old Ghant Chart!

Monday.com integrates with many applications that I already use. It's very convenient. Also makes collaboration with other teams easy. It's very easy to share information and work on projects together

is a bit complex to use at first, but it's worth learning

Monday.com provides a centralized platform for organizing and managing projects, tasks, and teams. This helps users to stay organized and on track, and to avoid missing deadlines or forgetting important tasks.

Its quite intuitive, and you can keep track of processes, and the option to create automations is a powerful feature

It can get complex to build a tasks timeline across boards, but including the same board members

To have an overview of the production

What do you like best about the product?
Adding multiple members for multiple projects and integrate with other teams outside of your actual organization to get the most out of the system. Keeping track of where we stand in terms of work makes it straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
just setting up the flows, dashboard and integration takes time but have not faced any bugs so far so nothing to dislike till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to pull my projects from everywhere that I had them, white boards, emails, handwritten project notes, and easily import them and helped me become organized.
ORGANIZED - Finally!
What do you like best about the product?
We use it every day. The ability to see what our Legal team is working on and keep us all on track is outstanding. I'm unsure of the customer support because we have an internal administrator that works with Monday.com on any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under the files tab, it grabs all the images (i.e. an image in an email signature) and saves it as a separate file. I need to be able to delete these and the team tells me that I'm unable to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If someone is out, we can go to their tasks easily and pick up where they left off.

The most useful thing about Monday is the general services overview screen.

Nothing, Monday serves me perfectly well, it has always met my expectations!
