What do you like best about the product?
Of the possibility of dividing tasks and creating columns to evaluate and monitor the progress of a project
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough notification options related to each task performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assignment of tasks and distribution of information.
It's quite useful and such a lifesaver!

Monday.com has helped our organization better organize, track, & collect data from various projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize it to fit the needs of our organization. Being an educational entity, we are different from most businesses in some ways but also have similarities as well. Our account manager can always listen to our needs and help steer us in the right direction when we have questions about any platform features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only say that some of our staff members initially hesitated to jump in and test the platform's capabilities because of another program we had used before. Once most saw how valuable Monday.com could be to help streamline their work, they were less afraid, so to speak. As a technology administrator, I understand the need for some training, but the real learning comes from testing the program to see what it can do for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking staff projects, timelines, staff meeting notes & assignments
Collecting staff onboarding & offboarding information in one place and sending automated emails directly from the platform
Forms that collect social media requests, website corrections, etc, are sent to the staff member's supervisor for approval and then to my team to be published
If items need corrections, they can be returned to the submitter for corrections and then resubmitted - all of which are tracked for time spent and other things that you set up in the forms.

Monday is useful for helping track data and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be finicky when searching for things within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a central hub for different areas of the company. Every area is represented on Monday in one place rather then spread across different spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday because it's more than a project management program. You can customize everything in here and have the use you desire. In my case I have my own CRM created there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the new edition of the mobile app the Monday team has designed is not friendly and there are things that now you can't find but other than that everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I created my own CRM and I have it linked with my outlook and Mailchimp so whenever I'm contacting a customer Monday keeps track on that and can create automatizations.
great product for workflow management
What do you like best about the product?
it accomodates different departments in our company and also helps tracking of progress of every project assigned to different members of the team. It also accomodates convesrations and communications and also notifies a menber of their assignment type.
What do you dislike about the product?
once a board is created, all groups take the same colimn features, and because we want to differentiate with other groups, we end up creating new boards. And also when a member who created the board has left the company, it is hard to delete a board they created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team visibility, project organization, communication amongst teams. Monday.com keeps a lot of infromation in one place and this makes it to easily be accessible and it also serves well in terms of automation and intergration with other softwares.
Great PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is intuitive and easy to grasp as a new user. There are lots of views and that's helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Monday.com doesn't have an easy feature for recurring tasks. Or, the ability to be able to assign tasks as easily as Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things in one place and helping us stay accountable as well as viewing the progress of our goals.
