Best platform to record your projects with simple or detailed widgets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features included such as being able to connect to 3rd parties, having automations, team collaborations, time recording, forms with links, differnet ways to present the information on your charts such as the kanban boards etc. Easy to use and my whole team uses it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwheming. Sometimes i dont know how to utilize the software at the maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times my boss does not know all the projects that we have and this simplifies it so that he can just take a glipse and see goals, expectations and budgets timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to learn, use, and integrate collaboration with multiple departments. Running training sessions across departments to learn the functionality of Monday has been frequent. Everyone walks away with a much better understanding of what to do and how to do it. Monday makes working, collaborating, and implementing your own needs very easy. Also the customer support has been friendly and quick to answer all questions i had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features being implemented such as being able to direct email notifications to specific people instead of in mass. Allowing to copy and paste cells across different tabs would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting specific people to remind them of their responsibilities has been a breeze. Adding and deleting people to those automations has been an easy feature to learn and use.

What do you like best about the product?
This is truly the best of so many enterprise softwares combined. My team and I have resources for managing processes, orders, sales goals, revenue goals, projects that require time bound action, file management, etc. Starting new employees has made implementation of required responsibiliites a breeze!

It has been instrumental in keeping my teams organized and the business running/reporting on an accurate, consistent basis. It is a daily tool that integrates into all of our workflows and I wouldn't ever want to go back to managing things through fragemented software/tools. I am a huge fan and truly enjoy and value Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the board connections don't function as I would like. It was difficult to find solutions without what seems to be a paid consult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday removes the need for myriad emails. Having messaging and available inforamtion in one place is instrumental in solving many of the problems related to time waste.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com as a collaborative platform at work. With built-in automations, email notifications, etc., the interface is organized and lends itself to quick, efficient project management. Not to mention, I enjoy the ease of integration as you can connect dashboards between two different, yet some-what interconnected boards without compromising the work on either. In our office, we use Monday.com frequently for different tasks, and it helps get the work done. It takes staff training, but once they get the hang of it, the use has created an ease in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I think would be better about Monday.com is the automations. Honestly, it gets a little confusing in trying to successfully use all of its functions, and in turn, explain it to other, less tech-savvy staff members. That said, I do love the fact that the function exists. Moreover, there is a help center with videos to help guide through any process you may want to utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple projects, including media relations, grant deliverables, etc. that many different staff members use for a plethora of reasons. With communications being lost in Outlook or buried in a Google thread, Monday.com creates an organized space to ensure all relevant staff is aware and actively apart of the different projects they are on without missing anything important.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com creates a good ecosystem with your team. It´s so simple to work with. Powerful integrations create a great tool.
At this moment our CRM is integrated with other useful apps.
There are too many options when your team works on projects, kanban, sales pipelines, emails, forms, and other stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Monday.com is slow
It's not expensive, but the integrations create charges that elevate the value and cost of your ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and the ease of use.
Everyone can easily use it, for a variety of different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is pretty minor - but sometimes when I have an email update and click "like" on this, it sends me to the Monday platform even though I didn't want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to easily collaborate, and track processes and task statuses.
It also allows me as a team leader to easily track my team's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I've bounced around with different business softwares through the years and as someone with extreme OCD, Monday.com has been the best for getting my work completed in a timely and organized manner. The fact that you can link it to other applications to create spreadsheets, send out text reminders is SUPER helpful, especially during our busy season. I'm big on getting most of my work done on a desktop but still being able to view it on the road. Unlike others I've used, I can organize my entire day/week while on the computer and with the mobile apps, I can easily see exactly what I was just working on while at a jobsite or with a new customer. I have Monday.com on bookmarked on my computer at work, home and have the app downloaded to both my phone & tablet and it makes it very easy to stay connected no matter where I'm working. I spend a good chunk of my day on Monday.com and it honestly makes the day seem much less stressful because of how I can organize it AND my workers' days with just a click of a mouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'm not a huge fan of is making calls from the app. I wish I could just click on a customers phone number for an appointment and it gets sent to my phone to call it. Instead, when you tap on the phone number, it takes that tap as any other tap and sometimes you can fat-finger it without even realizing it and delete the number or change it. Then, you're kind of screwed if you're on the road and don't have the customers' number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the need to rely on spreadsheets and not keeping the information within them organized. It holds many contacts, tasks, reminders, and so much more that otherwise I would need 5 different applications but with Monday.com, I have everything I need in one place. And of course, it's PERFECT for keepign organized.

Best Project Manager System Ever

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows our team to effectively manage all of our projects. We are able to easily enter requests using forms to make sure we have all key info. We can easily assign projects and see what the current status is. We switched over from our interal project request system to Monday.com and it was the best decision we ever made! We can now easily track project use, search current and completed projects, and be easily notified of key updates. I use Monday.com every day for multiple projects across our team. We even use some Monday boards with outside partners by allowing them to be guests on the board. This way we can track whether project work is currently assigned to us or if we need our partner to step in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly the system has glitches--sometimes the slider bar that allows you to slide from left to right disappears and is only visible if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. However, it is easy to share feedback with our team and to funnel those requests to the customer support at Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system allows us to manage all of our project requests and deadlines. We know who is assigned to what project, when it is due and can make sure we are meeting all of our deadlines. We are more efficient and can easily search our current and completed projects!

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily bend it to my will and use it for different use cases, from organizing sales to running a law office to setting up internal processes in new start-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to buy additional apps for easy things like pdf creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings clarity and order into our internal communication and how we run processes and companies.
