Easy going and fast learning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me keep my work in an organized space with easy access to all my files, it helps my department keep track of our work but also allows us to view other departments porgress or general compnay information
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements or tables are not very clear and it is hard to uderstand them, in my comanies case at table or graphic for on call coverage, there is no general search bar for the whole platform, you have to individualy to each board to try to find what you are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company we use to have our forms, agendas, information and calenders scattered all over different platforms that not everyone had access to, Monday has facilitated in unifying all that in formation and organizing it
Quick WorkFlow Managed
What do you like best about the product?
I think the part where you can just organize so much workflows and pipelines of so many diffrerent ongoing parellel processes is just amazing. I believe it takes out the overwhelming part of the workflow management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface can have a small upgrade, because there is just so much going, and for a new user there might to much things to see on the dashboard, if it simplifies its user interface that would be great.

Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is colorful and visually appealing. It is easy to use and can be learnt quickly in a week. It helps me organize my tasks, projects well. It also allows to create custom workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It irequires some training if you have never worked on any project management tool before. The customization can get a little overwhelming. If you have too many tasks it can become difficult to manage and you may need to clean up your tasks from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I work remotely, I can easily share my projcts and tasks with my team online and get their feedback. This tool makes collaboration easy. My team knows what I am working on and when it is due.
Helpful tool to organize and keep track of daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday.com is the animations that you can add to the tasks. It makes filling out information and assigning tasks easier because once it was set up properly, the proper persons were assigned tasks and the information was collected in once place to be reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can be a little confusing to use at times. Some of the terms to do a function such as just copying a link or item implies one thing but it ends up as something different than what I thought it would do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to keep track of the different tasks that needs to be done, and it keeps required documents handy next to the tasks . It really useful and makes work more quicker and easier. I don't need to go looking for documents and information because it's right there already.
Creative, learning process, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the coloring and that it has so many different things you can work with, my personal favorite was the TABS and SUub items, it has help us so much with our trainees. and adding comments or even screenshots to item has been a great help
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to understand the autamates, the videos are helpful tho. I also found that is quite expensive and if we over use it we get charge more. overall easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were having issues using one excell sheet and preventing people from touching certain cells, This has helped us so much by allowing only certain things to be viewed or edit as well as a completly easy and friendly view
Monday, Highly Effective, Easy to Use and Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, the ability to grow with the platform as your needs become greater and it links to so many other programs that I also have in play
What do you dislike about the product?
there is so much to learn if I want to use it to its full extent. I had a client who ran his whole business on it and I have Monday.com envy of him

keeps everything in one place. I can also use it as a sales management tool, a database and task management
Good for tracking progress
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can customize the colors of each task. My previous client really advocates color coding the task so we know where we are at in each. It works really well for people who have a strong vision on what tasks they need to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll just be blunt, it can look a little boring sometimes. But that's just the aesthetics of it. I can't really say. I haven't been in a complicated project yet.

Tracking the progress of the teams and tasks of a company. You can easily see how much is left to do. What needs to be adjusted in your schedule or due dates of each task.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great because more than a project management tool it's a program that allows you to collaborate with other colleagues within your company and track on the common projects, assign tasks etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like about Monday that their mobile app does not work properly and you can't do as much as you do on their website through a computer and it makes you be less efficient

Thanks to Monday I'm able to collaborate in all projects with my team and I can see simultaneously every update they make in any dashboard. Also the panels and graphics are so friendly.

The user experience is very appreciable. The possibilities for optimization are very numerous and it's very easy for an employee to collaborate.

Monday allowed me to centralize all the projects, all the tasks, the media and the planning to ensure the respect of the realization deadlines

Synchronization with other apps and time tracking. Dashboard customization for different roles makes it easier to keep track of multiple tasks in the same project

The automation of some tracking functions is still very manual. Even so, there are several that complement this deficiency. It is to explore and try, trial and error.

It helps to measure the efficiency of the processes, the real-time panorama of the entire work team. It also contributes to decision making and definition of priorities in projects with a high volume of tasks.
