What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One can use Monday for an array of business process automations with powerfull approval steps.
The ease of use and the turnaround time to create the boards and wokflows are saving us on custom development time and costs.
What started as just a CRM/Sales tool grew into a system controllonh and managing about 30 other business processes.

Transformative - with an array of unexpected capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly capable. I started using it to track email metrics and to automate notifications between my team and have gone further as ive explored more of what it has to offer. I particularly love the ability to make and customise client forms (I used this for feedback) and embed them in your website or platform - you can then setup automations to notify your client team when one comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside because they are adding more integrations all the time - but the more the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops us from having to use a huge number of excel or google sheets to organise our efforts. Automations let one colleague know when another has completed their part of the task, so that they can begin their contribution or review. Its embeddable forms solve the issue of using another supplier for feedback and the custom element is clean.
Great work flow software
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday, with it I can monitor the tasks of my employees and the services being delivered on the agreed date, plus everything is recorded in case we need to retrieve any information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have evolved over time and serving us better, integrations end up becoming more complex, which ends up complicating things if someone on my team has to be replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulty following the company's processes in real time and knowing which section of the company it was stuck in. With Monday I can charge the right person.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has significantly improved our team's task organization and project management. The intuitive interface and customizable boards make it easy to track daily tasks and long-term projects. Implementation was seamless, and maintaining the boards is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is speed of the UI. However it is very manageable and your mileage may vary.

Monday.com addresses our team's need for better organization and task management. It benefits us by providing a centralized platform where tasks can be tracked from inception to completion. This visibility helps users stay organized and on top of their assignments, while administrators can easily monitor progress and identify bottlenecks. What do you like best about the product?
The extent of the customisable options and versatile choices make it perfect for project management and organising workflow. The aesthetic appeal of the platform really stands out over others and makes it thoroughly enjoyable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have hundreds of individual boards it can be a little difficult to locate certain ones, however this is similar across many platforms and if anything I think Monday.com organise it the best overall.

Monday.com allows simple organisation and great structure to laying out projects and tasks which I hasnt experienced to this level before.
Easy to use but thorough program

In this program you can make easy boards to make things overseeable but you can also make it very complex and complete yet still in an easy way. With minday everyone can program they own interfaces

We sometimes experience ratelimits which holds us back from being productive

Everyone has the right info at hand and monday is our main source of that. It's easy to read and we can give the right people the right permissions
