Great and easy
What do you like best about the product?
We can organize work flow for all of our team without long calls or e-mails

It could be a little more user friendly when we have to create new boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at home for an Architecture office, so it´s easy to keep track of everything by just filling specific info for projects and getting the same from my coleagues.
Efficient Task Management, Needs Automation Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that monday Work Management is easy to use, even for people who aren't very tech-savvy. It has a visually appealing interface which looks great on the screen, enhancing the user experience. Also, I appreciate that there are always new features being released, which helps keep the platform fresh and relevant. If there's ever something missing, I like that you can likely find an add-on to complement your needs, ensuring the platform is highly adaptable and meets a wide range of user requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of missing automations on sub-items, which limits my ability to automate repetitive tasks effectively. Moreover, the lack of capability to connect an item on the main board to an item on someone's personal board means that updates are not synchronized automatically, causing inefficiencies and requiring manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize hundreds of tasks across 11 teams, keeping everything in one place for seamless management.
User-Friendly and Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I love pieces like automations, connecting boards, etc. It's a very user-friendly program that is clearly designed with the end-user in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't fit the type of work I'm doing exactly. We don't have workflows, but rather ongoing pieces to manage (partner lists, team rosters, etc.) that don't progress through a singular process each time. So, while I see the benefit of Monday.com, it only applies somewhat to the work I'm doing. That's more of an issue on our end than for Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding processes and stipend payment process are super simplified! Org-wide pieces like budget submittal and approval are great.

Not being able to set a date default setting. i have to change the date format for every date column.

This tool is excellent for keeping our teams informed about project updates. I especially appreciate how any changes to fields are reflected immediately, ensuring that everyone stays on the same page at all times.
All-in-One Marketing Hub That Streamlines Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It gives our team one place to see everything that’s happening across marketing and customer acquisition. Campaigns, experiments, content, paid and it all lives in one view, so it’s much easier to spot what’s moving the needle and what’s stuck. The automations are also really handy for keeping things flowing without endless Slack reminders. For example, tasks get assigned, statuses change, and people get notified without anyone having to chase.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit heavy and cluttered once you have a lot of boards and workflows running. Simple things sometimes take too many clicks, and the signal can get lost in all the notifications and views if you’re not really disciplined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday, bits of our marketing and customer acquisition work were scattered across docs, chats, and spreadsheets. Things slipped through the cracks, and it was hard to tell who owned what or where a campaign was up to.
Now, all of that lives in one place. We can see every campaign, channel, and experiment in a single view, with clear owners and deadlines.
