What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create boards to track information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't enough customization options.

Great time-saver, automation, and management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility with organization and management of processes in company daily routines. We were able to transfer the management of multiple teams into one place and have excellent view and tracking on all of them. With all the features that Monday.com offers, we could organize and individualize boards optimal for each team and project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that can be pointed out. There is some complexity in using Monday.com. It can take some time for first-time users to figure out all the features and options.
The main limitation was that once you create a board, all groups are forced to follow the same column structure. Because of that, we ended up creating new boards, and it would be more practical if different groups under the same board could have different columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing at which stage the particular task is, the due dates and the next assignee in the process of execution was crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Teams can collaborate in real time on tasks, projects, and assignments. Comments, mentions, and notifications keep everyone in the loop and ensure clear communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com operates on a subscription-based pricing model, which might be expensive for small teams or organizations with limited budgets. Offline capabilities are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with various third-party tools and services, allowing users to connect their work processes with other applications they use, such as email, calendar, and file storage platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great project management tool. I utilize it in an audit shop setting and it helps keep track of ongoing progress throughout the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered any issues with Monday or things I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to be a one stop shop for all people on one project to keep each other informed.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of tagging the person responsible for the action item is wonderful. The person receives an email alerting them that there is an action item due. This allows the team to hold each other accountable, and stay up to date with new developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have a meeting function capability added on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication and tracking content.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexability to access Monday.com with my web broweser or on my phone app. Very easy to use and many self-automated features to help stay organized between different projects under various categories and it updates live with little to no lag time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that might be somewhat of a negative would be that it can become way to structural. This can cause confusion and over complicating your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve project management within the company and teams. With different roles assigned to one project, Monday.com allowes all roles within a project to have their own tracking and communicates accross the board for all members to be aware of the latest.

Get things done via beautiful dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
I do love the clever use of colors throughout the dashboards. The Kanban boards gives me a visual overview of my work and help me to track progress. I also like theGantt chart, which help me to plan and schedule my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is very limited. The basic plan is affordable, but the more features you add, the more expensive it gets. This can be a barrier for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see what needs to be done , when it needs to be done , and who is responsible for it . I also collaborate with my team members more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fun features of monday like the emojis, etc. Monday is used in my work for project management purposes in our marketing department. this platform makes managing my teams work easy - from communicating on the go, to having line of sight to everyone's workload and deadlines, as well as making it easy for projects that involve multiple team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely some functions that could be improved on, but not enough that would steer me away from using the platform. THey are great at updating their platform based on user reviews and recommedations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team consists of several people and is involved in several departments in our company. This platform makes it simple for everyone to stay on top of their projects and tasks. We all know where to go to get the most up to date information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of it. It's fairly easy to navigate the different boards. I like that you are able to save different views of the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nicer if the customizations were easier to stream. In order for different boards to not duplicate, the inputs are a bit convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping steamline and store information in one location. Instead of having to sift through emails looking for something specific, its all in one place.
