Great software for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
I like of the software because is very useful and clean for day to day .
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 1 i think , the price is very expensive for incluse more users .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In manager a lot of projects and with comunication.
It's like Excel, only better!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday like an Excel spreadsheet with additional benefits such as uploading files or tagging co-workers. It's also helpful to know when my co-worker has "seen" the update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function does not work for words that are included in "Updates"; it would be very helpful if that were the case, because often not all keywords are mentioned in the short text "on the outside"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday like an Excel spreadsheet with the additional benefit that I can store files that are related to the respective item. That way, it is easier to find documents and make sure tagged co-workers review the correct files

i think the interface and useful in everyday use.

i think the newest update somehow it a little bit confused in terms of location of the icons.

some other day had trouble to open na software or down sometime.

It's easy to used specially for us that has a many projects that needs to be organized. Helps us a lot in monitoring our files/projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The recent update introduces a slight visual confusion. Now, users have the option to display or conceal the side bar, causing the board to widen when hidden but slightly shifting to the side when shown. This may not be advisable for boards with wider rows, as it necessitates horizontal scrolling to view the entire board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the field of design, it's tough for a designer when managers keep asking for updates. I believe it hampers productivity and affects the quality of work. Fortunately, with Monday.com, updating tasks for higher-ups is made easy without any hassle.

Much eassier to track all my ongoing projects and much faster to communite and provide updates with my team.

the recent updates was a little hard to navigate but not a big deal once you get familiarize again.

Coordination, specillay when you have a teams outside the country and also working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration between different departments, ability to assign tasks. The many templates and customization piece. It allows for lots of projects to be completed and with transparancy across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never find the undo button when I accidentally delete something or move something! Not a huge deal as I figure it out but a more prominent undo arrow would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking out the back and forth as well as time that emailing multiple people for check-ins, its taking out the need to have multiple meetings piece as we can see where everyone is at in the project.

CRM is weak.
It would be great if it has its own email marketing campaign system rather than integration with other platforms, so we can do it all in one place, save time and resources.
I would love to receive the updates, a short video of tutoring of the existing functions. You know, sometimes you are too into a platform and you think you are fully utilising all but actually not. It's good to have something to remind ourselves of something we may have missed.

Friendly, easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easily is to learn how to use the tool, is very intuitive and has a lot of help in the Knoeledge center. Good tool for remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing with webex the page I get slow page speed also, I experience lost of information in boards and dasboards nad no respond from support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the work in one page, usage of automations to simplify job, especially with Notifications.
User friendly, intuitive and esthetically pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about monday.com that I can adjust everything very easily. Also it is the first projectmanagementsystem I came accross with nice, bright colours. It boosts my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to be able to use the status column to select multiple statuses per item. Because I prefer the appearance of the status column with the colours than for example the tag colomn or the code column, so I would love to use it in more ways than possible right now.

Thanks to monday.com all our tasks are collected in one place. Everyone can see what has to be done. It makes workflows much more transparant. Also automations save a lot of time communicating.
