Lightning speed efficiency for running an entire organization ...
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pivot and make quick changes to our org-wide boards and create substantial improvements. It stays open all day - just like email used to for frequent updates. The customer support has always been helpful - others should learn from the monday.com model of 1st time touch for resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the training for certification weren't behind a paywall. Much like Salesforce, be confident enough to know that the certification has value and folks will get it. Put the training out there for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy resource allocation so we know that we aren't overworking our team and they can have great work-life balance.
User-friendly yet powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Monday is that you have this tab "My work". This one thing filters everything that is not yours and keep you focused on your tasks. Use it on a daily basis. Another great feature is time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like that there are formatting options when you're dropping an update on the item. However I need them also when I'm replying in a comment. Would be nice to have them too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a part of an agency. We use Monday for our day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we can share a dedicated board with the client directly. It makes the communication process between teams easier and faster
Game-Changer for Team Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Loving monday.com! It's super visual and makes it so easy for our team to see what's happening with all our projects. Customizing boards is a breeze, so we can set things up exactly how we need them. It did take a little bit to get the hang of all the features, but honestly, it's been a game-changer for keeping us organized and working together smoothly. If you're looking for a way to get your team on the same page and boost productivity, you should definitely check it out! 😊
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about monday.com. It does everything it's advertised to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational issues have been reduced significantly and there is also a sense of accountability since the boards are available to be viewed by all team members. It has also helped to create more of a team spirit as we can see what a colleague is doing and help as needed.
monday.com makes my work flow easy and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of monday.com for me is the ability to send emails directly and use pre-saved templates. What used to take me hours to do with sending quotes, follow-ups, etc. now only takes me a few minutes! It's super easy to use, easy to integrate into your current systems, easy to train your team on how to use it, and a great addition to your daily business practices! I use it all the time and am so glad it exists!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that I've recently had issues accessing monday.com in safari on my laptop but I can use Google Chrome with no issues. Other than that, everything I need it for it does!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving the problem of losing customers and clients because of the time it takes to get back to them, and also solves the problem of customers and clients getting lost in the chaos of emails and requests, etc. This benefits me because it allows me to respond to every customer as they come in, send them an email in a timely fashion because it's already created for me, send follow ups easily and efficiently, and by default, I reach more customers and close more deals!

A Project Managers Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made my day-to-day tasks and management seamless. The use of automation and systems easy-to-use processes has been a dream come true. So much so that I am using the platform on a daily basis. Not only is our team able to better manage their tasks, but by utilizing Monday.com, we can work ahead and anticipate future projects and requests. I recommend using this platform to colleagues constantly. Our entire foundation has now adopted Monday.com as its standard project management system, and we are all the better for it! When we have a question about the system, the Monday.com staff has been extremely responsive, easy to work with, and eager to help us troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the benefits of using Monday.com, our dislikes are few and far between. I can confidently say that the system has only been a benefit. I would like to see more training sessions being offered, but thats not to say this request hasnt been fulfilled when expressed to a product manager at monday.com. They are a joy to work with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with cross-collaboration throughout our organization. With the vast amount of people who inevitably end up supporting my projects, Monday takes the stress out of accountability by utilizing its automated systems to send reminders and assign tasks.
Amazing software for task & project management - we've been using it for many years
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage tasks, documentation, projects, customers, and more. Good for collaborating with the whole company. Their customer support is very responsive. Automations are great and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
To implement monday.com in your organization it takes effort and time in the beginning - you'll need someone slightly technical to learn how to use it and become a "champion" user, then integrate your company's processes one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our team's tasks are in one place, I can track the progress of my tasks, my team's tasks, as well as other processes in the organization with ease and visibility.
Productive and Focused
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me organized as I can track my work and makes it easy to pick up and track where I am in my process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to get others on-board to use this awesome tool. Most people are stuck in the email mentality and have a difficult time learning a new way to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an investigator it makes it easy to send notes, documentation, and files into one place to track and review. As there is a large volume of information be sent from the field and it can be dropped, and emailed directly, into the appropriate case for tracking and review.
Monday Helps Me Strategize!
What do you like best about the product?
As a content-creator for a large organization, I love that I can lay out all of my priorities, editorial calendars, strategies and status updates in one place where anyone else from the organization can access to understand how our work connects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were tabs that you could create on a board or page the way you can with an excel or google spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has provided a perfect project management system for all of the content we create and all of the marketing campaigns we build in a way that is easy to collaborate through. Without these integration tools, our work would feel isolated from each other and the bigger picture.

Very User Friendly. Easy to navigate. Love that I can email from account directly.

The email feature needs a bit of work. If you cc someone on an email in someones chart,they show up in all the accounts that have that email attached
