Organize workload and roadmaps across different teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you several tools to keep projects updated and know what is going on on each task, what is the state, if something is blocked, etc. People can ask questions or leave notes and communicate through the project history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is a nonexistent feature, or I just don't know about it but I think it would be nice to be able to link tasks on different boards. For example, as part of the design team, I could be able to see my project's equivalent tasks on the product managing and engineering boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a team of 3 designers and we get direct requests from other teams, so we usually add all those to Monday and then divide the workload. Keeping all project's history and links also let us step into another teammate's tasks when the need help because we can get an overview of all related documents and notes.
Great for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can have multiple boards across different teams. The sub-item updates really helped us with our protocol.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the boards look too boring, perhaps an avatar would help identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a certain protocol with a number of items to onboard a new client into our database. This has helped smooth out that process but also ensure we don't drop any balls.
Monday is pretty great
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are very helpful especially when working with a large team across multiple disciplines. There's a plethora of helpful features to suit everyone's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for new users since it's a robust project management tool and the different features can be confusing at times. There's also no way to make a carbon copy of a ticket when a ticket is duplicated from one board to another through automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for working with a big team and allows us to keep track of multiple projects at a time.
User friendly and helps whole team stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to decrease email communication because of being able to assign tasks directly in Monday.com and check in on collegeaue status updates
What do you dislike about the product?
More pre-made board templates so I don't have to start from scratch when creating new boards for clients or groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all the to-dos in one place for my whole team before events to keep us on top of our priorities, but don't let the small things fall off the board
Easy to use and Visually appealing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that, unlike other similar platforms, it is visually appealing for a user, keeping work a little more engaging and making me want to use the platform. It is also really easy to navigate around and use the tools the platform has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to review completed tasks assigned specifically to a usere. You can do this easily when looking in project boards, but for personal use I like to look back on the work I have completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me and my team accountable for our roles in propjects, and makes it easy for us to follow when takss have been completed by colleagues and are ready for us to tap in. It also gives me a great snapshot as to what my daily tasks look like.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to puck up and start using. It really helps me and my team with organizing and planning Social Media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the one downside to monday.com is it's name :(
In the Social Media field when we talk about planning ahead we usually say 'Put it on Monday' meaning something should be posted on Monday. This is somehow confusing if you want to say to someone that they need to put a task on the Monday.com board.
So we ended up calling ir Daymon instead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us plan and organize all the tasks/posts that need to be done/posted on Social Media. Being a team of more than 10 people it is really easy to organize and assign tasks to people so that we don't lose things into all the chaos
Automating Workflows with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
1. Automation of workflows and recording data like statuses and dates on when various tasks occur allows team members to concentrate on getting thier tasks done and spend less time documenting thier progress. 1. The ability to link boards is also greate so users don't have to leave the board theu use most to see updates on a task from another board.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Submitems need more support to make date reporting useful and 2. you can't use the status from a linked board to trigger an automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On projects involve different work groups the Monday.com automations help move the work from group to group in a timely fashion and send notifications to related parties based on certain statuses. Monday.com also makes it easy to see the current status of projects & tasks. You can find the information you need easily using searchs & filters and create various views of the data. Time tracing and time date stamps aid in analyzing the time it is taking to do certain tasks and find the gaps where there is opportunity to make improvements. Communication is easy & instantaeous with collegues and the conversations stay attached to the project/task which is instrumental in researching "what happened" when you see times that appear out of the normal range. The activity log in the update section is also a great way to view the sequence of events on a task.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent tool for keeping organized across all aspects and workstreams of a project. It makes it so easy to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and keep everyone involved in the project in the loop on action items and important dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the UI and navigation may be confusing at first since there are a lot of capabilities within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much of my project team is remote, so it allows us to seamlessly collaborate and manage tasks across workstreams to keep everyone organized. This has greatly improved performance and efficiency when meeting deadlines.
my experience with monday.com from work to school
What do you like best about the product?
I can organize myself easily. From work activities to my school assignments and grades.And I can find the information I need in an accessible way. Also, the views help me manage my time better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numerical punctuation regarding when to use a period and when to use a comma is different in Spanish than in English. Since I am a Spanish speaker, when using numbers on monday.com the notation of the English language is used. This sometimes makes me confused when reading numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com seeks to create a platform that allows you to do a lot in a very accessible way. It aims to solve problems of lack of organization, execution, transparency and accessibility. Personally, it is benefiting me to have the information I need organized, with Gantt views that allow me to have control of my time, and tools that allow me to carry out my activities efficiently, at the same time that the date es secured but allowing access to those who need it.
Excellent Task Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
I know exactly which tasks are mine and when they are due. I can also see who is in charge of other tasks that I might need assistance with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I miss a deadline, it goes away. I need it to be front and center reminding me that I missed a deadline.

Everyone is accountable for their own work.
