Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and practical to use. It is also quite visually friendly, which makes the process simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing I don't like about using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with the speed at which I can find the available rights for titles and their rights in and rights out.
I know what is happening and when!
What do you like best about the product?
Understanding where my team members are at within thier projects and keeping up with conversations on any questions/etc is beyond helpful. The interface makes everything very accessible and easy to find, with customizable boards based on your team's work habits and business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would want more collaboration style boards or note pad type items for thoughts and/or inspiration. Believe this was a feature in past but was sunset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collabrating with my team in real time and all members having clear understanding of their deliverables and timelines.
Communication & Managment
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has provided a wonderfully easy way to keep track of all company projects and where they stand in our Pipeline. The website also makes communication between departments flow smoothly so everyone can easily see the status of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Monday.com that I have experienced is the occasional slow moving system. We do have a large amount of data and information stored on Monday so occasionally it will slow and take a few minutes to load, but for the most part I have not faced any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved the problem of different departments not being in the loop because of a lack of communication. With Monday.com tagging feature we are able to keep communication open and obvious.
Monday - Making tasks easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Task tracking is user-friendly and reports are comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting/Filter do not have a specific date as parameter option. Also, when I generate reports, there is no applicable filter thus, I would need to download the entire content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track pending items that needs follow-through.
Revolutionary tool for Marketing Departments!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday is extensive ability to customize boards to fit our needs. Working in a large departmenet with multiple teams means we each have different ways we need to customize and with Monday, it makes it easy to create boards tailored to what we need to plan/measure/create. It was easy to intergrate it into the way we plan our Marketing campaigns. Once all of our teams were able to learn how Monday works it was easy to implement into our workflow day to day. Not a day goes by where we don't use Monday. Currently we have had no issues with Monday to need to contact customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike about Monday is (not sure if this is on our end or with or wifi) but from time to time the Monday app glitches while we are scrolling through our boards. When this happens we have to move to their website. I am unsure if it is cause our boards our content heavy but it does happen from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is how our marketing plans all of our campaigns, social media content, and general marketing workflow. It is how we assing assignments to our designers, how we manage our social media publishing schedule, were we share assets through our teams. Without Monday we would not be able to keep track of our department. Before we used Monday we all just had to remember what we needed to do our write it on a whiteboard. Monday keeps track of EVERYTHING and we love that.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like most about Monday is the way it is so visual. Our team and volunteers are able to easily see the information we needs, sift through for certain stats and create things on a whim. It's very intuitive and easy to use. Anytime we've had questions the team at Monday has been very quick to help us get answers. When you use a tool like this daily it's important to have the information you need quickly. My most favorite thing though its that I have been able to create systems and teach volunteers how to use them no matter their age with ease. You can't beat that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't integrate with other things we use but overall i feel like they are consistently working to improve this on their end so it's not a major concern for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to work within and create needed systems, volunteers can understand how to do what's needed with ease and the visual aspect makes it the perfect tool for our team.
Monday is an absolute game changer for our business
What do you like best about the product?
It's so versatile. Everybody in our team has it open constantly on their 2nd screen. We use it for account forms, design boards, strategy planning and many other things. The automation are outstanding and it allows our entire team to be up to date on all the important things required in our business at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into Klaviyo and shopify would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our entire team to have information at hand wherever they are with the easy to use app. We produce 3 new beers a month and we can manage both our product details for labelling purposes, to our yield management along with all our designs all in one place. We use it for account form sign-ups and run club sign-ins. It allows us to track our status on retail and export customers and recently, has been revolutionary in working on our overall business strategy.
Great for EASY efficiency for the firm.
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows for significant customization to conform to our needs yet it's easy enough to use that the entire staff finds the tool invaluable. Automatic updates and alerts make certain nothing slips through the cracks. And it can be used from all of our locations in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not integrate with out CRM system to allow for seamless records transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a cloud-based white board for our staff in both offices to add, view, and complete tasks -- then see what's being done -- all in real time.
Really easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation Is super easy and convenient to use the forms so easy to use you can create a forms in any of the group they'll fill it out and then he can easily access it through monday and Excel. That's really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really Everything is good. It's really convenient to use.

Are usually for entering data specially the forms that we just pin in the group and it creates some Excel
