Great tool to automate processes and operationalize manual tasks
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com from a user experience perspective is intuitive and easy to learn quickly. There are frequent updates to the tools functionality and the development team is eager to understand different types of use cases so that they can continually improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the plug-ins to automate cross tool communications are a bit clunky and require different and complex work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a traditionally silo'd organization it is difficult at best to find methods in which to commuincate information, update status and to transfer data points efficiently. monday.com offers various solutions to help make this possible through plug ins and automations which allow the organization to offer multiple method to accomplish the necessary tasks depending on preference. As a complex project manager working across multiple organizations I am able to offer solutions for busy executives who don't have the bandwidth to log into different tools separately, or to even read and action emails daily. With monday.com's ability to integrate with many business systems of record, the manual effort of updating each is eliminated.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of this tool is that, as long as you enter the tasks you need to complete, nothing ever falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality I am still hoping to see, such as when selecting dates, rather than scrolling through the calendar, ability to type in the date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just tracking tasks for projects.
Great software for organising, planing and monitoring many activity types.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's very intuiotive and I am able to teach others the functionality with ease. We began using Monday for basic campaign monitoring, but it now manages scheduling and a raft of other business critical deadlines. The dashboards functions are invaluable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our collaboration challenges - when we have many people working a project Monday.com gives visability to everyone involved. We particulalrly like the dependances feature, where one activity can impact another and it's impact on timelines and deadlines is automatically flagged to the users.

That they won't do a webinar with us to expose the great things we are doing with their tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to give our customers the ability to window shop talent, see the forrest through the trees when presenting large pools of available talent, and organizing automation of talent delivery.
Makes daily life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations that actually helps organizing our da to day work by sending us e-mails to remember to not loose any due dates. It's a dynamic solution, very intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you click an information it is very difficult to copy to paste it on another place. Sometimes, the solution get slow, making necessary to refresh the page which makes the processes a little slower and sometimes, when sharing information with other people with access to the same documents, it can be a little confusing .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is helping us to manage more dynamiclyour workflow. The clean layout helps visualizing information making the entire project environment more productive and helping us to achieve better results.

I like the fact that I can set a status on my tasks that Ive been given. It really helps me communicate with my boss.

I honestly have no complaints, its a great site to use. Maybe I would change the colors on the site but otherthan that its great.

Incredible Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do within monday.com what I used to do using multiple software. Monday.com makes it possible to simplify my operations and save $$$ by cutting out the superfluous softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there really aren't that many that I have encountered. If I had to pick one, I would say some of the widgets aren't that easy to configure for a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving my staff scheduling, customer retention and follow-up, project management and daily shift duties fulfillment. With automation, monday.com boards make my work easy!
I recommend "Monday" to my friends and colleagues as it is a practical and easy to use tool.

Without a doubt, its interface and platform accessibility are its strengths.

Honestly, I can't see anything I dislike about "Monday.com".

"Monday" helps and assists me every day in the management, planning and organization of the projects I am running. And everyone in the company, who also participates in Monday, has visibility of my tasks.
