What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with many similar system, but monday is the "spotify" of such tools - the one you always return to even (or especially) after trying other tools. very convenient, great notification system, feels very natural to use it without any manual needed. Impossible to miss anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! Not even using all the functions, so can't complain at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminder functions, Slack integration, effortless and stripped down process flow for a variety of problems

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and share in collaboration with other agencies. Very useful for tracking changes and updates in realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is superb, I have been unable to find fault with this incredibly useful software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves problems that frequently arise when collaborating with external agencies, easy to assign tasks and allocate resources to the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is what keeps me organized. I have it open at all times to check what I have coming up, what items I'm waiting on from other teams... even where I'm at with my budget. It's super easy to use and facilitates collaboration amongst teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have nothing negative to say! Sometimes it's easy to get carried away with adding columns and information, but thats really up to the discretion of each team using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the issue of silos within a company -- its breaking down the walls and keeping everyone on the same page to work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Monday.com is the ability to organize projects and tasks. It helps to keep the entire team aligned on priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to create a more robust marketing plan.

Monday.com helps me to stay organized and one top of all project work accoss multiple entities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are multiple templates to user - they are very helpful and provide inspration if your not sure how you want to organize your information, or what would work best for your project type. I use it everyday to help me stay on track and on top of my projects and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more editing options for colums and templates in general. Like being able to have text wrap to form a paragraph when writing long notes or updates. I dont like how you have to hover over top the text for the bubble to pop up to show you all the copy in the cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to have all my tasks in one place where my colleagues can collorbate as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple format of the software. It's intuitive and easy to use, even when working with complex data. The software has been essential for remote working across our team.

Use it daily and didn't even need training due to it's ease of use and integration into our internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could include some automated options linked to dates. For example, if using for quartely pipelines, automativally creating a new group for the new quarter based on manual prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales and content team work together in a remote environment. We use it to keep track of personal pipelines and sales stages as well as keeping track of workflow and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Ive now used Monday with several companies and in each, I've found it to be the best platform to cetnralize and organize team and cross-team efforts. Its truly the most transparent and engaging tool that has created enormous efficiency gains that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much in the way of easy to utilize reporting on a consistent/automated basis (compared to say Salesforce).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the most widespread and accessible tool cross-team and department currently so we have used it to combine efforts globally to better address issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is essential for helping me to organize the many programs and projects that I manage. It helps me feel in control of my progress and makes it easy to keep everything in once place, as well as to loop in colleagues for seamless collaboration. I love the Status features which allows me to easily track my progress. It is also extremly personalizable - I can change the columns and drop downs to what will most help me and my team. The number of features is impressive as many layouts are provided and there are multiple integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few if any downsides of Monday.com. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but overall it is user friendly enough for the majority to quickly pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of multiple links to shared drives and documents. It puts everything in one place, on one window, which is so helpful for me as someone who loves organization.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and also how organized everything can be so daily tasks and information and easy communication can be available for all the team involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be painfully slow and it really takes a toll if you do not have a powerful enough pc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep all of the properties organized and check what communications have been made.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has revolutionised the way my team works. We have boards and calendars for everything. I use it daily to note down my social posts and email campaigns amongst other things, and the rest of my team can keep up to date on my areas and tasks through those boards, and vice versa I can see what everyone is up to, what content has been released, what can be sent to customers, what events are being organised etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides to Monday.com. I think it's more people in the team who don't use it to it's full potential is my biggest pain point but that is more on us to help them. Although having some kind of customer webinar series to attend would be cool to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a collaboration problem within the team. Because we can all see and keep track of each others tasks, it's great for collaboration and for example when I'm readying a customer email, I can see exactly what new content we have or what events are coming up, so it makes creating the newsletter so much easier!
