Best tool for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a saving grace for my team. Personally, it has helped me keep abreast of all the tasks I have to complete and work, their statuses and deadlines. It has helped me organize my projects and help keep me on track in meeting my deliverables. I like that I can simply drag and drop completed tasks to a new section and now have a list of all my to-dos and completed tasks organized and separated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still finding out the various features of Monday.com so I can't say I dislike anything just yet. One thing that I would like to see is the latest comments on a task be at the top instead of having to scroll to the bottom to view it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to keep projects/tasks organized and has enabled us to keep on track to complete these projects. Organization was a big thing that I struggled with as well as keeping all my tasks/projects in one location.
Great for collaborating with team members on various projects and deadlines.

I love how you can have boards for anything. The organization is seamless, and tracking project timelines and due dates is easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can glitch, but the Monday team quickly resolves issues and bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us document all of our deliverables and helps streamline organization and communication within our company. With so many working pieces all the time, this is such an easy way to reference what has been/hasn't been done and who is working on what.

Monday.com helps me log and keep track of work items. I am able to stay organization with task.

Not able to adjust the comment box to be able to read easily.

Able to keep track or work assignments and log audits, chargebacks, and other items.

Less about the software and more about building new ways of working. Getting the full team to use monday consistenly.

Automations could be more variable. They are OK, but sometimes we need more.

What do you like best about the product?
Love all the drop down and filter features! And ability to customize and use colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see everything in one places because I need lots of columns so I scroll a lot. But no idea how you'd change or fix that, more of a me problem.

We have lots of different projects going at the same time, so this helps us keep track

Monday.com has extremely useful features, that span across the entire organisation. It is helpful in tracking tasks, forward planning and bringing teams together.
What do you dislike about the product?
More could be done across cross-board functionality. The mirror columns are great, but there is a requirement for comments and updates to be carried across (i.e, rather than mirroring columns, the task lives across multiple boards as one entity).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combines many business areas in one simple, easy-to-use platform. It prevents the use of multiple applications in one place. It's really useful for our organisation.
Good enough and simple
What do you like best about the product?
Good visuals, easy to edit and configure and move things around. We use it mostly as an alternative to excel tracking and google docs. It exports very easy and I like having access to the ipad and iphone app as well so I can see stuff on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems a little unclear how to add people from outside the organization. Some of our team are confused by the alerts and we don't manage our "Monday Inbox" very well but that's probably on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces Excel or Google sheets for project tracking. I have ALL my personal and professional tasks lists in Monday. Monday is what finally allowed me to go paperless and I have been for 3 years now.

the automation, all the ease it gives you when creating a new task, project, so many options and integrations

I'm still figuring out some stuff and playing with the platform to see what else it can offer. the automation are sometimes a bit tricky but you have to catch it and it becomes easy

it makes it easy to have all the information in just one place, where you can automate and integrate with different platforms

We love how organized it keeps our teams, we can all reference it for sales pipeline tracking, onboarding trackig managment and so much more.

nothing! it's a super useful tool for manageing so many things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our busy sales pipeline and onboarding client track. We no longer have to keep track of it in our heads. Easy to reference, we love the automation of email alerts.
