I enjoy to use Monday on daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
I think I like a lot that I can assign any status labels I want to my tasks, I like subtasks as well which helps me organize more complicated things. I am product designer, so I like that I can attach to my task anything (video, image etc). I feel the tool is more powerful then I think (like there are features such as "Mirror" or Automation) but as I use Monday mostly to update my work progress and keep track on things (spending like 3-5 minutes per day) I never had time to investigate into those features and actually apply them. I just use basic ones and it seems enough to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing I partically dislike, but I see some room for improvements. But starting with least helpful things: when I was asked about Monday big update or something like that, I wasn't sure I even followed what is it about as the only change I noticed was that notification bar moved and I can't say that it was something I waited for.
Anyway, regarding improvements, because I am product designer in a team of 8-10 people including developers and product managers, my main use case is to be synced with my team, update them about my progress etc. But this process is still a bit time consuming, for example I usually create my final design update in specific way and same as with status badges I can create and edit, It would be great if I could customise for myself templates for each part of my process (PRD/design brief for task creation, " "Design Ticket for Dev" on final stage) so my work could be more organized. I also see a lot of improvements in communication since our team agreed to use monday and discuss all things there, but, we still do discuss from tim-to-time things in Slack which makes things harder to keep track on. I think it's due to lack of private messaging, but my point is if there could be some way for better integration between those two tool or better alternatives, that could help teams to keep things in one place (Monday). Lastly, I see how our Team Lead is manually updating each developer's tasks on daily's which makes me things that 1) some of us are lazier than others haha; 2) if there could be some way (macOS extention or something) that allows you to update your task from your screen in one click, without going to monday.com, I think it could be helpful.
Maybe last one, but many companies already integrated AI assistant for text and that is not a must, but could be nice, because I spend at some point too much time on replying to others on Monday and maybe assistent could help me do it a bit faster (but that's not 100%).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track my daily tasks and be synced with my team. Btw, I'm not sure why the questions says "what problems is monday solving" then in placeholder text "What business problem is it solving" and finally on bar "What do you benefit from it". To me those are all a bit different questions and I feel I'm not sure how to answer. Monday helps our business keep track on things, it helps me as a employee to track of my things and I am benefiting from it in a sence that I can share my work with others and see their comments/reactions and get things done.

However, there are areas for improvement. While the segmentation is fantastic, having clearer Birdseye view views of pending actions, updates, and review/comment tasks would greatly enhance my experience. Visualizing the bigger picture in a glance could provide better strategic insights and help me prioritize effectively.
