Nice Interphase
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, I believe it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many options which make it confusing, many submenus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep a track of different conversations with clients. As a financial Advisor I need to have some sort of back up of every conversation I have with my clients, and Monday helps me do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep everything in one place and use Monday as a hub for my business. I have operations, training, HR, customer realtions, everything is in there. I work mostly remote managing 3 healthcare locations, this allows me to know what is going on in all locations without being there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is that I can't give each group on the board different columns. I use the sub-items now but I would love to be able to do that. I also don't like that I can't make workspaces private unless I am using the enterprise version. I don't have a use for any of the enterprise features outside of private workspaces. This was a big issue for me and does have me exlporing other options other than Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the biggest issue being solved as well as the ability to be in multiple places at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
As a campaign manager for a business unit that runs campaigns across many industries around the globe, it is imperative to be organized and able to give an update on any aspect of a given campaign when leadership requests. Monday keeps me organized to a T.
What do you dislike about the product?
Start-up is quite overwhelming, even with the use of templates from Monday. Takes a few months of use to really understand how your boards need to be set up to function best for you and your teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign planning, execution, and organization. The boards and pulses really allow us to collaborate and stay organized in Monday versus email chains that can get messy and broken off into multiple chains.

I love how easy it is to customize monday Work Management to suit our specific needs at the screen printing and embroidery business. This flexibility means we can adapt the software ourselves without needing any specialized tech skills, making in-house modifications straightforward. Additionally, the platform is exceptionally intuitive, allowing anyone to quickly understand and utilize the features, simply by using a tablet. This ease of use ensures that our team—from the sales department to production and shipping—can efficiently track and share order information, boosting overall productivity. I find the initial setup process to be very easy, adding another layer of accessibility for our team. I often find myself recommending monday Work Management to others because of how adaptable and user-friendly it is.

I wish there were better ways to learn the more 'advanced' features because I know we aren't using it to its full potential.

I use monday Work Management to track orders and share information with our team easily. It's customizable and intuitive, allowing anyone to make changes without tech experience, enhancing our workflow transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
Having access to see what has been completed and what still needs to get worked on, this site allows my manager to track my processes when completing weeking and monthly task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many bad things to say about this website, the only thing I would like to see if more options in the status selection fields this will provided better options to choice from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great planner for my manager and to see what is all expected to do done on a weeking or monthly schedule. It also shows the progressions in completeing the goals on the month.

The ease of having a list of agents for my call center, with all their data, and being able to filter them makes it a very versatile tool. It is definitely a tool that does not compare to any other product that I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little lost among so many options it has, and the automating notifications tool could be a little clearer. I would like to see improvements in the area of message automation, to make it easier to use

It helps me keep organized information from my employees and my work team, in the same way I can automate messages every time a change is made in the different workspaces

The best thing about the Monday platform is that it has a very intuitive interface, anyone with no previous knowledge can quickly start using the tool and create the items that will help them complete their tasks and follow-ups.
User administration is quite simple, allowing you to easily add users and assign or not their respective licenses in a matter of seconds. Additionally, the tool has many features that allow you to keep information private to prevent unauthorized access.

What do you dislike about the product?
One opportunity for improvement would be that the Monday platform is that the mobile application can have the same features as the web platform. There are some features that would be great to have in the app, such as user management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great benefit that the tool gives me is that I can assign tasks to the different work teams, tag the people needed for the execution of a task and the colours for each status help in tracking the task.
