Very well structured collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can create as much categories as necessary, for example one for each team/theme, ans inside you can organize easily the incidents by advancement state, or affect them to a specific person
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't receive email notifications for all the tickets you create if you don't tag yourself inside, so you must often re-check them in monday.com to see if updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows to affect tasks to the right persons/teams, easily give more inputs if necessary, keep a track of who did what and measure the time it took, and also to keep the archive of the troubleshooting to common bugs
Amazing product management and productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is and the automation and collaboration tools to get things done and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many functionalities and integrations that should be built in or free and instead required to much work arounds or pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my day to day organized and all my work in one centralized place. By having a centralized dashboard for everyting I do, it helps me save time and be more productive allowing me to do more and get better results for me and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it provide a platform to manage multiple projects with ease, but it also enables robus reporting which gives the top brass valuable insights into my teams activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can email from a Monday.com project, but I would like to be able to templatise emails with autofilling attributes that can be used by an entire team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us standard is, track and manage the on-boarding process. Time-to-value is our main goal when it comes to onboarding and Monday.com helps use track activities and outcomes.

its easy to use, the dashboard is clear and i can see where i am with my sales on a daily,weekly,monthly glance at the screen. I have used other CRM systems in the past and unlike them Monday.com is seemless.

some screens are repetative showing similar information. some functions should be automatic - like when you update your visit notes, the last date gets moved to previous

its doesnt benefit me to the point that i rely on Monday.com. but it does make seeing my customers easier. general notes back and forth from each other keeps my manager informed

The ease of communication between team members and the ability to customize any page depending on necessity.

Indispensable for cross functional teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday does what it says on the box, bringing clarity and oversight to projects, regardless of what business unit is responsible. From being able to attach deliverables, files, and triggers, Monday covers most bases from design, marketing, copy, and even Agile sprint board managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform with capability, Monday can be a steep learning curve at times. Generally the day to day is functional, but be prepared to invest the time if you want to get the best from your setup and teams.

Monday helps us bring campaigns to market, having multiple teams across numerous project boards. It also allows internal teams to collaborate and only share outward facing deliverables.

Relatively new - lack of support, still some bugs, new feature integration slow

Monday.com has been most helpful with communicating with other teams in my organisation as well as delegating tasks within the team I lead. Great clear options for communication.

I love the automations, however I would like the ability to set task greations as specific times of the year, rather than once a year only being available in January.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving task management away from email which allows for better tracking, and prepares us for a review in the next year. This has allowed my team to take on new opportunities with easier oversight.

I am a planner and Monday.com helps with keeping all of my work organized. It lets you customize lists which is nice and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything that I dislike about Monday.com
