Great Product Overall, Would Advocate For It At Anywhere I Went
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, easy to build boards and update items, makes it very easy to track and document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some granular things about the tool that need updating. If you open in item in My Work view (which is generally a good feature), or you navigate to an item via the Slack integration, it pops you into a view of the task that doesn't show the due date and is not directly aligned, visually, with the parent grouping. So you have to close out the task and search or manually navigate to its grouping to find the context and, particularly, the due date. Least favorite feature/functionality by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Since we moved to Monday.com, visibility into and tracking of all our many projects has become so much easier.

I genuinely appreciate the interface of monday Work Management. It is incredibly intuitive and makes managing tasks and projects a seamless process. The interconnected features, coupled with customizable columns, considerably ease the management load, allowing for smooth communication through comments and discussions. The system stands out with its user-friendliness; everything feels easy to manage, and the integration capabilities facilitate a more efficient and faster workflow. This optimization of time is crucial for me, as it allows me to focus on the creative outputs more effectively. The software's ease of use extends further, making setup processes such as team creation, report generation, and automation implementations less cumbersome and more straightforward. Overall, these experiences collectively contribute to efficiently managing my tasks and optimizing my daily workflow, making monday Work Management an invaluable tool for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notification system could be improved. The way notifications are handled can be overwhelming; as I'm tagged in different tasks, I receive a ton of messages and sounds, creating a lot of noise. It would be beneficial to have a feature where notifications are streamlined into one section, allowing for easy review of what's essential. Additionally, setting up specific applications to focus on would be helpful. This is the main issue I personally have with monday Work Management.

I use monday Work Management to organize project tasks and manage creative assets, ensuring our projects stay on schedule and within budget. It provides clear activities for teams and integrates tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
Highly Customizable but Automation Setup Needs Improvement

I love monday Work Management for its ability to keep us organized by prioritizing projects and providing updates on progress across the team. It ensures that supervisors receive overall portfolio status updates with no additional work or reporting required, which simplifies our management process. The platform's easy customization of workspaces is a key feature for me, as it allows me to see the progress of multiple projects, check if they are on time, and access all the notes and additional information related to each project. This flexibility and accessibility have significantly improved my workflow and project tracking efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations were difficult to set up and ensure they were executing the intended tasks. The challenge primarily lay in selecting the right template for the task requirements, particularly when it came to integrations. The initial setup required watching several training videos and tutorials, followed by testing to determine what worked best for the team. This indicated a slight learning curve in terms of understanding and effectively utilizing the various components.

The time tabs and importance tabs are particularly helpful, allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and prioritize tasks. I think that sometimes the explanations for some of the functions in monday Work Management could be more easily explained.

The search everything can be a bit clunky and it does seem to slow down quite often

Monday.com allows multiple team members to keep projects on track, no matter where they are or what timezone they are in, we are all working towards clear goals. Automations and integrations have saved us hours of time, and really allowed us to level up our processes. It is a critical part of delivering our ISO9001 processes and Quality Management System which we built using Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
That its now a separate package from some of the other features.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me organise my priority tasks, it chases me for next steps to getting a lead turned into a deal and driving conversion. It is easy to use, and implement across our sales & operations teams. It was also easy to integrate into our workflows and team meetings, and our whole team now uses it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, and thus help me plan my calendar of appointments and linking it into work management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems it is solving is filtering of sales leads, our team being able to prioritise key tasks to convert sales as well as efficiently manage existing client relationships
