What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really valuable for those who are OCD/Type A and really care about how things are organized. You can get pretty detailed if you want but the platform doesn't force you into it so it's not intimidating for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the UI was a little different and didn't feel like rows in an Excel sheet. I would rather tables or large squares where I could click and it would flip to show the details below in sub categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our agency organized and eliminates miscommunication errors since we can clearly identify and assign tasks.

I've not found a single thing that we cannot place on dapulse ;) to help get things done.

It's expensive and some of our team use it much less than others but effectively cost us the same.

Response speed between areas, monitoring of collaborative activities

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps our team to stay organized and have access to updated informations about every step of the project that we are currently working on improoving our productivity in general. The automations are very usefull not to loose time when updating the boards too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can move things on the boards or update a data that wasn't the right one and it is hard to find where the error is once it's updated. So, it would be very usefull to have a kind of return button to undo what was just done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our operational team to comunicate better with the IT team and other areas of our company. It also helps us not to lose precious time just to update each other on our tasks. And it helps us not to lose track on projects that take more time to be completed or keep our memory fresh on finished projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday facilitates collaboration and does a good job at streamlining information and document sharing. It's also easy to integrate with slack and email, so receiving updates is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues have been experienced with sharing files and accessing files. Sometimes files did not attach to a task, and other times it was difficult for users to know that a file had been uploaded in a task. A better visual alert that a file has been attached to a task would be helpul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps many people within my organization on the same page, and allows for more efficient collaboration than most other previous platforms we had been using.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about monday.com is the fact that it is so easy to use and navigate! It makes connecting with my team so easy and there are so many great different tools that they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I have noticed that my inbox is delayed when notifying me of a new message. It is not that big of a deal but It would be helpful to make sure that feature is fixed and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that monday solves for me is organization for me and for my coworkers. It makes it so easy to keep up with everything and check off tasks when they are complete.

I keep track of my team's daily tasks and it's easy for me to get reports at the end of each month and year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blueish dark mode, i would prefer if it was black or dark gray.

That it's not unlimited subscribers- high cost once you reach a certain number of users. For smaller businesses more user number options would be great.

Great Project Management Software for Companies with Highly Custom Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The boards and dashboards are highly customizable, which is excellent for teams and projects that have different management and data analytics needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations and newer features experience glitches that can interfere with streamlined processes that use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to effectively track work across multiple different projects and departments with workflows that work for each team's needs.
