What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com ihas the smoothest onramp for new client and team menbers of any product management tool I have found. It is flexible, has everything we need and is kinda fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report. Thus far I have been satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the automation functions to make my life easier. I like how easy it is to share and collaborate with my colleagues. The support from our Monday team is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some issues with the tax since the company is international.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined my whole working experience. I can more easily keep track of my tasks and update their status. It keeps my team on the same page and allows us to collaborate without being in proximity.

For new business owners brand new to the space - Monday is a saving grace!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes keeping track of all my clients, their notes, email threads and attachments clean, orderly and easy to find. The fun annimations that change with seasons and holidays are so fun and make logging in neat. There are a lot of ways to customize the accoutn and the information in it as well, and being a very visual person, that customization allows me to clearly see by color where a lead is in the process and who's agreed to service, etc.

I use Monday every day all day long to keep up with details and to share details and information with my team. I've only had to reach out to Customer Support once, and it wasn't for anything technical or any issues, just for how to reactivate the animations that show up. :)

Implementation was a breeze too, super easy to setup and start using. Right now my business is small so we're not integrating with anything yet, but I've heard and read that the integration process is smooth too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some better estimate options built in, or partnerd with for better estimating. I have some one time charges that I can't mark as such in any invoicing tool I have currently and would love an estimate option that will allow me to show and bill for one time fees as well as show monthly costs for a complete view of the cost of service.

I attempted a couple different estimating apps through the account, but none of them had what I was looking for.

I don't "dislike" this about Monday, but it could be better. :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one place for everyone in my organization to access information about any and all customer/job/projects that are in works. Before we were keeping track on spreadsheets and emails, which was cumbersome and information was easily lost. Monday has completely solved this problem for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so easily accessible.
It's all streamlined, not at all clunky, visually pleasing, and practical!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? I can't think of any negatives in the way I utilise it on a day to day basis. It works perfectly for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had multiple users, on multiple platfors, trying to coordinate information into one place. Now that we have the use of ease with the Monday Planner, everybody can access the information easily, readily and swiftly. All in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has proven to be an invaluable resource in helping us manage our funds and tasks. We can now design custom workflows that are suited to our unique requirements, which makes it easier for us to manage our day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as of now.we are using Monday.com and it is very useful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For managing task and deadlines,the deadline features is an excellent resources.The weekly summary and remainders for approaching deadlines are excellent resources for project management. Another very useful tool for managing activities and project progress is the timelines features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set up automations of reminders to come to your email. Also that I am able to create signup forms for my volunteers and events as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to make additional subitems within a set that is already a subitem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in order and on time. It helps things not get overlooked. It has been great for volunteer sign ups and event signup as well. Helps us also keep track of the turnouts and numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Monday Work Management and its ease of use, making it extremely user-friendly for my team and independent contractors. The automations feature is invaluable, streamlining tasks and processes, reducing workload, and eliminating the need for Excel. I love how it facilitates guest access for independent contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration. Additionally, its automation capabilities, such as sending notifications to my business partner about payroll, further enhance efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having a minimum of three seats, as it would be better for us to have just two. Also, I would prefer an a la carte option to purchase specific features from the higher-level plans, like calculating fields, which would be highly beneficial for my business. It's frustrating that the current plan limitations restrict access to certain functionalities that could enhance our operations, forcing us to consider higher pricing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management centralizes client tracking, automates payroll and communication, streamlining operations and reducing manual work for my team of 25 clients and 20 contractors, saving time previously spent on spreadsheets.
