Still changing our work life!

What do you like best about the product?
I find everything to be the best for tracking, emailing, automation. Its easy to set up. Its colorful and makes our life so much easier at work. We have doubled the amount we depend on Monday in the last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the rows would scroll better. They get cut off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has made our clients very happy with the ease of confirming immediatly when paperwork is received and till its completed. Reporting wise it has proven to solve questions about certain resources we had no tracking capabilites until Monday. It has been a proven factor to add in our accomplishements and for our future advancements.

Monday is a useful project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great project management tool. I like how project boards can be built and customized to my team's needs. I especially like the ability to automate reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It required a bit of training and practice in using the software before I was comfortable in using it. Using the tool is sometimes not intuitive. The training videos have been helpful with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved communication between as we work on shared projects. It helps to increase accountability and delegation of tasks. Monday's accessibility across the organization ensures that everyone is in tuned to the various projects.

Turn being organized into super organized

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface with good customization options, being able to tag collaborators and set deadlines for projects and Always On tasks. It's friendlier than most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing to filter between projects, but this might be because I work at a big organization. Maybe some screens could be maximized or navigated through tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between areas of a very big company, which has been transitioning into combining digital functionalities with brick & mortar stores for a while and needing more agility.

Monday.com is a Great Tool for Client Management

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com internally to keep track of our clients and all of the tasks that we are working on. The best part of using Monday is having everything in one place so when we have meetings, it is clear what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have with Monday.com is that I feel like I am not using the platform to its full potential. We use it for contacts and for our client to-do lists but I know there is much more that I could be doing. We had a demo when we first came onboard, but I think we need another one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to keep us on task with all of our clients. We put every task that we are working on, sorted by client, into Monday.com. By adding deadlines and status updates, we stay on top of everything.

All our operations are supported by MONDAY
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-sending of files directly through Monday creates a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today the company understands the importance of what is being addressed within MONDAY. In addition to our sales work, our Marketing department manages all our campaigns using the platform.

Selp explanatory UI and process handling. Works well with other solutions (typeform)

Slow at times, and requires laborous setting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my team can see all of their projects, I do wish you could mix boards or when items were complete, they would archive but not go away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday supported more creative review feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and management, as well as a few less emails, it would be more helpful, if we used it more :)

What do you like best about the product?
I realy enjoy the fact that i can adapt, change an project, envolve different people & assign tasks! Also is great that this people reveive this updates in their emails :)
What do you dislike about the product?
would be great to attach files there, instead of copy pasting links to files...
plus a overview of the comments in subtaks would be great! sometimes is not easy to identify where we left comments to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great overview of needed steps to built a project - heps us breaking down the project in sub-steps. Great to divide work between team members & keep up with the evolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use, it makes it easy to see multiple clients at once, and easy to work as a team remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any downsides to Monday as a user- there might be from the bosses perspective, but not mine!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the company one platform to see all the clients and allows all the administrators to view/edit/create simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool for multiple users working remotely to stay organized with eachother.
What do you dislike about the product?
A comprehensive chat feature that is included with the service (that notifies all users by flashing or something other than email) would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping multiple users informed.
