Great for Project Management and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can I keep my projects organized with due dates, notifications, important details, file attachments, and more. When used with my team, I can keep them up to date on everything that's important so they always know what to do next and what's coming down the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can seem overwhelming with all the tools available. When you want something simple or less detailed, you might not know where to start or what choices are the best for you for set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place. We can track social media posts, but also track our stats. We can track events and assign due dates. Right now we aren't using it as fully as we could, but having used Monday.com with other places of employment, I know that it's awesome for keeping teams on track.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a lot of great features that make project management easy. Their templates are a great starting point for anyone looking to build out boards. Support is quick to respond and help find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that allow for effective social media planning are missing and could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to brainstorm and store digital assets in one place, with step by step tracking.

It helps us to stay alert of the new accounts being migrated.
Very useful in tracking project plan milestones and deadlines.

The automations for project plans and change in status as well as the automated emails. The integrations with gmail is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated email formatting. Not being able to have embedded url links. Maybe this is a feature I don't know about.

Automated alerts to customer status changes. It also helps to identify specific milestones in our project plans from large to small.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is such a great platform if you need to schedule you're day out to make it less hectic. There are so many views you're able to use, I personally use the calendar use a lot as I am in digital marketing and I run social media accounts. It helps me stay on top of posts and I'm able to view my month as a whole or in list view to see what I've already completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt sync to your calendar (as far as I'm aware). Personally this could be a nice touch and to help keep everything in one place instead of going back and forth between platforms. This isn't really a con though because I don't think it's too much of a hassle to switch between tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making life a little easier by being an all in one platform where we're able to manage our projects and also communicate freely with our coworkers.
Very efficient project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I are able to access all the features on each other's boards which helps with the sharing of information and checking on project status updates. I really like that I'm able to organize my projects, track spending and billings, and show my managers my department's progress from month to month and year to year.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is still very reliant on OneDrive for file storage and it often feels like I have to do double the work of registering projects and sharing information in more than one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us track our progress as a company. We can now see how many projects we have on file from year to year, billing and collection trends, and we can track new project opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have everything in one place and be able to share with multiple people so we are all on the same page. The organization of the site is also ideal for how my brain works and I think it is very user friendly even if someone has not used it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I don't love is that there's not a super easy way to go in and shut off forms when they need to be. If there was more of a button setting on the home screen, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our entire team on the same page without having to have extra meetings and conversations to catch everyone up. We also have eliminated people doing the same things or doing things multiple times because we can see who did what and when. We are always on the same page now.
The Gift That Keeps On Giving
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Monday board for our team has changed so much! The ability to streamline and automate processes and use all the integrations has made our team even stronger and allows us to put the time and effort into more things which has helped out exponetially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've run into is being able to fully integrate padadoc. Other than that, there haven't been any issues with the product itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to automate processes that otherwise would demand a lot of time and attention that we have now been able to put to different tasks, which has benefitetd our team in so many ways!

This is a great tool to help me manage my work projects.

The fact that all of the columns have to be the same on each sub board within a board.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Virtual Assistant, and multiple clients of mine, in different industries use Monday.com to organize and store loads of information. One of my favorite things about Monday is the endless integration options and the ability to see "the big picture" at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often slow and difficult to navigate when there is a lot of data on one page. I am curious if breaking up some tables to separate pages would help. This could also be a personal or company issue. We could archive unneeded information in order to speed up an individual page that holds too much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everything in its respective place in an organized manner allowing all team members to see the big picture at a quick glance, depending on what workspace you are in. It also breaks things up by team member so you are able to see your responsibilities and all the details around them, including when they are due very easily.
