Easy to use and actually helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com every day for managing my project portfolio, and I genuinely enjoy the experience. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, and its integration with tools such as Jira makes tracking projects effortless. It’s very user-friendly and works well for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use subitems, I notice that the board tends to run a bit more slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool supports portfolio management by providing an at-a-glance overview for all interested parties. It also facilitates collaboration with stakeholders and automates previously manual workflows, making project oversight and teamwork more efficient.
Good for tracking SaaS product life cycle from a start up
What do you like best about the product?
Ownership tagging, deadline reminders and notification system on items.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of a user/team error, but working in big teams, sometimes too many new boards get started and people dump everything into it rather than concising their tasks into existing boards.

Essential project management partner
What do you like best about the product?
Real time collaboration across multiple projects, with multiple people, and specific sharing settings so our clients can participate only where appropriate
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could create & update a template where every board created based off that template would also receive updates (e.g. Board 1 created from my template, if I add new items/subitems to the template then Board 1 is automatically updated to also have those items). We do a lot of the same project over and over and I really need this automation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me understand the capacity of my colleagues, project where we will be busy or have downtime, and track if tasks are happening on time to be able to provide real-time updates to clients when they ask about the status of their projects. The transparency and collaboration elements are groundbreaking for us.
Best planning schedule ever
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to list each and every task I need to complete along with the due date, importance, notes, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be possible and I just didn't find it but it would be nice to use the sort function for multiple levels like by due date by order of importance.

I can see all my tasks in one place and sort them according to what I need to know.
Organization Masterpiece
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to collaborate with my collegaues and keep up with vast amounts of data easily. It also has the factor of working with neurodivergence. As someone with ADHD tendencies, the satifaction of clicking off boxes keeps me focused and on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I am making a list I can't auto generate days. I'd like it to create "August1" through "August 31" for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully virtual company and with that comes some communication obstacles. Monday.com helps us solve those by giving us the way to have clear goals and collaborate efficiently.
Changes the way you work.
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, makes collaboration a breeze, and it helps streamline processes that used to require tedious spreadsheets or other antiquated means of tracking. It has entirely transformed the way we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the learning curve regarding formulas, but there are so many resources and training videos that it's easy to find out what you need to know! Monday.com has a great online community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining how we train/track new training employees, making project management/collaboration/communication a breeze, providing a centralized space for managing and tracking inventory for specific items (such as internal forms/documents), etc. Monday has made it easier than ever to track activity in our organization, get real-time data on employment activity, etc.
Extremely user-friendly!

Monday.com keeps my team and I organized and on our game. The automation and custom status updates make it extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always get notified when I'm tagged/mentioned in an update.

Monday.com keeps the company's work, tasks, and to-do's all in one place that is visible to the whole team, but organized specifically for me.
Best platform to record your projects with simple or detailed widgets.
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features included such as being able to connect to 3rd parties, having automations, team collaborations, time recording, forms with links, differnet ways to present the information on your charts such as the kanban boards etc. Easy to use and my whole team uses it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwheming. Sometimes i dont know how to utilize the software at the maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times my boss does not know all the projects that we have and this simplifies it so that he can just take a glipse and see goals, expectations and budgets timeline.
Collaboration, front and center
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to learn, use, and integrate collaboration with multiple departments. Running training sessions across departments to learn the functionality of Monday has been frequent. Everyone walks away with a much better understanding of what to do and how to do it. Monday makes working, collaborating, and implementing your own needs very easy. Also the customer support has been friendly and quick to answer all questions i had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features being implemented such as being able to direct email notifications to specific people instead of in mass. Allowing to copy and paste cells across different tabs would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting specific people to remind them of their responsibilities has been a breeze. Adding and deleting people to those automations has been an easy feature to learn and use.
Expanding Excellence in Global Sales Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
This is truly the best of so many enterprise softwares combined. My team and I have resources for managing processes, orders, sales goals, revenue goals, projects that require time bound action, file management, etc. Starting new employees has made implementation of required responsibiliites a breeze!
It has been instrumental in keeping my teams organized and the business running/reporting on an accurate, consistent basis. It is a daily tool that integrates into all of our workflows and I wouldn't ever want to go back to managing things through fragemented software/tools. I am a huge fan and truly enjoy and value Monday.com.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the board connections don't function as I would like. It was difficult to find solutions without what seems to be a paid consult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday removes the need for myriad emails. Having messaging and available inforamtion in one place is instrumental in solving many of the problems related to time waste.
