Monday clears the clutter in multiple verticals.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows my company to take multiple verticals and create a uniform solution to keep tracking of items that may appear on different boards in slighltly different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this product but I do feel that certain parameters should be more easily customizable and boards with financial data seem a bit more riggid than I would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to quickly deal with multiple items in different verticals, collaborate on my production, and display data to team members in a seamless environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps my whole queue, from project requests to itemized team and group boards, organized to easily visualize drafts, updates, and communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain automations can skew due dates based on the timing of project submissions, but can easily be corrected by an administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is making automations and processes easier for my administrators, who, in turn, create a seamless experience for users across the organization.

I appreciate the design interface in the dashboard of monday Work Management as it is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The platform's intuitive design facilitates a low adaptation curve, making it accessible and manageable for newcomers and experienced users alike. Additionally, I find the integration capabilities with various apps across the web particularly beneficial, allowing seamless connectivity and enhancing the overall workflow efficiency. The ease of setup with monday Work Management is another standout feature, making the transition smooth without any hassle. I also value how it effectively prevents tasks from slipping through the cracks, ensuring all project elements are tracked diligently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that using monday Work Management as a makeshift CRM has limitations in its functionality, which could be improved. Additionally, I feel that accomplishing tasks, such as setting up integrations, could be easier with better resource materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project management and team collaboration. It prevents tasks from falling through the cracks, offering a user-friendly interface with strong app integrations, simplifying complex workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Monday.com visibility feature. It's easy to use just tag someone and they'll be notified. It can also monitor the productivity level of tasks. can write easy instructions and can plug in necessary documents for projects. The best with Monday.com is continues working for efficiency and the result reflects on us users. Target achievement plus the support team are one chat away to support you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downside to using Monday.com are Newsletter update. If there are new themes or new features added please send your subscribers a more engaging and surprising update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Monday.com form features are really helpful and time saver for us!
Highly recommended without a doubt because the boards to organize invoices, are helpful.

It shows you who was the last or the latest person to view the boards.

Columns can somewhat be confusing and I'm having a hard time trying to highlight each invoice for easier reference.

The instances of overlooking important invoices, this website helps in sightseeing the highly important invoices from those who needs minimal attention.
Convinient way to have track on your tasks and work efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
It Make most of my task aligned which i was not able to achieve in the past. The best part about this is the automation which can be created to inform any change to team mates or run the automation through integration. i use this as a daily tool to align my tasks and my teammates task and keep track of all these things.
What do you dislike about the product?
it was a little hard to understand the tools in the beginning so it need time to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us give a better alignment of the tasks we want to do and reminds us for doing the task on time and complete it with no delay this is benifiting us a lot.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us stay on track with onboarding of employees. We have outlined all the necessary steps to ensure all forms are completed and done by employees. This also alerts the next user in the process to start their process. (i.e. once drug test and background check is done - sends an email alert to IT to start the process of getting equipment ready and shipped. Cuts down on guessing where we are with new hires in the onboarding process.
We also like that we can have various boards for different departments who may have different processes.

At this time, no comment. Has been easy and effectuve to use between departments and HR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on track with different processes bewteen departments. Task management and workflow management
The best system for unlimited checklists.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create as many checklists as I want. I use the system as a transaction coordinator for real estate transactions. I tend to do the same for every file I work on. I made custom templates for different types of transactions and would create a checklist for each new file I started. I loaded my template and then was good as gold. The list was my constant and I just would have to load in dates and the system would keep me on track throughout a 30 day transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't use the automations as much as I probably should have, but I did like being able to add my team members into the system to give them auto alerts. When we downgraded our plan it took away from having my team members added to the system. It didn't make enough sense to have a large plan to add all of my agents in when I was the only person actually using the system at all. I just liked the capability to have the team members to be able to take a quick look to see where things were at. We didn't use any of the other features that came with adding members to my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps keep my brain from overloading trying to remember dates for 30 different files. I used the due dates of individual tasks to help determine what items I needed to devote my attention to each day. The status bar has also been beneficial to highlight the status of the items as well. Being able to mark items as "done" would check items off my list, and as a visual person, this was super beneficial.
A great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to learn but offers a depth that is surprising. It has allowed us to create a project management system that also works as a fantastic communication tool to stay in touch with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be frustrations that the automation that you want isn't there yet. It's obvious that Monday is being improved all the time but that "I wish I could do this' occasionally happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can have all the project management, task management and communication has been a game changer for our business. No more trolling for emails or wondering who should be doin what.
