Great for organizing groups and individuals
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Monday to organize myself and my team in so many different capacities. I have my boards for just myself to stay organized, as well as for team projects. We use forms to gather spend requests from our different offices as well, which helps us to connect various teams, even if they don't utilize Monday for their day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of downsides about Monday's capabilities. Our biggest hurdle is adaptation from our team since it is just one more platform to have open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple teams while working on projects to stay on the same page.
Monday. Com makes organizing my work so much easier and collaborating lots of fun.
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the organization Monday.com offers. It means EVERYTHING to me - to have a centralized workspace that helps keep all my project documents, files, communications, and milestones organized and easily accessible. It has REDUCED the time I'd spend searching for information and ensuring everyone is on the SAME page!
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, there isn't anything I dislike!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is providing our team with greater efficiency! By eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools and platforms, this centralized workspace streamlines workflows and saves time, allowing our team members to focus more on productive tasks and less on administrative overhead.

Nothing. It has been great using it so far.

Getting all of my projects broken down into tasks and keeping everything on track.

Monday.com is helping everyone in the company stay on the same page about the status of our projects without having to ask for updates.
Effective & Functional Platform that Helps to Keep Me Orgainzed
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing aboutMonday.com is having the ability to store all my updates for my candidates who are being onboarded in one place - it's a huge plus that it's set up to where we can add our recruiters/consultants in to view everything we update and post relating to their candidate. This platform helps streamline the onboarding process due to the ease of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Monday.com is a great tool for what my company uses it for and I have not no issues at all using it and have not encountered any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy being able to docments the important aspects of the onboarding process that allow my team and the recuirters to all be on the same page. Being able to provide updates on Monday.com helps maintain our accuracy, helps to manage candidate onboarding records, and allows us as users to have a clear view of tasks that need to be prioriazed for us to be in compliance.
Helps keep me on top of my projects.

Very easy to use and also easy to add, modify and edit along the way.

Currently I have to access Monday.com outside our SSO.

Effective Client Communication
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to post jobs, candidates, interviews, and offers with our client. It helps out a ton being able to communicate through monday.com and it has been a good way to get quick feedback. Organizational wise it has been helpful as well, it keeps us on track and really shows us some good metrics. We use it daily and customer support has always been quick to give us access to certain things. It is easy to use and easy to learn about the different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside at first was figuring the ins and outs, just like every other new platform anyone is using. On the upside, it was pretty self explanatory so I caught on quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a platform that has allowed the firm that I work for to directly work with our clients while we help them with staffing. It benefits us because we are able to get quick, direct feedback and it keeps us all on the same page.

This platform automate the tasks and workflow. it is very easy to use software and organize full team. Customer support is responsive.

The system's capabilities in generating comprehensive reports and facilitating data analytics and particularly advantageous, given its seamless capacity to transfer data to various other applications.monday.com provides best customer services and ease to implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are limited to updates it would be nice to update any single column if needed. Have the ability to create folders in folders for different projects under the same client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is truly a software that adapts for all Business needs. We use it for project management, processes, time tracking, analytics and more. We invite our clients to view their boards to provide them with some transparency and setting expectations. monday docs is also a great tool, we use it with our clients for our meetings. We can create an agenda and take meeting notes, then we can easily turn the action items into board items. We also love monday forms, we use them for a variety of needs from creating a ticketing service to capturing survey information.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is used as a CRM and tracking system for our company. The problems it solves are being able to see our information all in one place. monday.com also organizes projects and information across the company with ease. The scope of our use case is being able to track and automate communication and to properly document everything in real time. They provides best customer support and ease to integration. We are also looking into adopting the create your own app feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability of the app when bulk operations. Such as heading being moved does not sync immediately, also the notification does not really work , not really interested in the contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use monday.com to manage nonprofit organizations that we handle for project management and nonprofit governance and development. The problems that we able to address using monday.com are managing the overall scope and detail tasks for each project, maintaining a high-level view of progress as well as a detailed evaluation of tasks and team members who are responsible for the completion of tasks.
